The center is very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. My son takes a few toddler classes there and they are great. The teachers are very good and keeps my little one engaged. I am very happy Plano offers programs and facilities such as this one. One of the many perks of living in Plano.

Great place to work out and play table tennis. Some of the best table tennis players in Plano play here. The hours are M/W 5:45 — 9:45 for open play and Saturday 1:00−4pm. Just check with the website before venturing out. The facilities here are pretty good. It’s not as big as the other recreation centers in plano but if you get a good deal nonetheless. If you’re not a member like me it’s about 5 dollars per day.

It’s a great alternative to a big gym. Many of the aerobic machines has personal tvs with head phone jacks, and that is awesome. It’s never so crowded in the weight room, you can’t use what you want. The game room is small(I wish it had more pool tables), and your membership here includes pool access. Worth your money for sure.

If you live in the Central Plano area and are looking for a gym or fitness center this is a good alternative to a Big Corporate gym. A one year pass breaks down to $ 13 per month and gives access to a weight room, basketball court, bikes/ellipticals, and a pool. Also, there are classes available for yoga, martial arts, and boot camp fitness. The people that work the front desk are always friendly, and even though it doesn’t have a lot of unnecessary frills, it doesn’t mean you’ll be using old or worn out equipment — a couple months ago several brand new weight machines were brought in to replace some older ones. The locker rooms are big but anyone who has a problem with one wide-open shower area might be uncomfortable. The parking lot is huge considering the medium size of the facility, but it comes in handy when there’s any kind of game or special event going on because it can get full unexpectedly.

I took two classes at Liberty with friends and I really enjoyed it. I took a yoga class and a yo-pi class — I liked both instructors and the classes were very helpful — especially with learning to stretch and breathe properly. This recreation center isn’t very big, definitely nothing compared to the Tom Muehlenbeck Center, but I actually like that it’s smaller and it’s not so crowded. They do have a bball court, a small cardio room and separate weight room. I haven’t been outside to the pool area, but that’s definitely a plus when the rec center has a pool. If you go to their website, they do offer a variety of classes here, but you have to pay extra for these classes. After my yoga classes, I try to do some cardio. Although the room is small — they still have all the equipment you need. They also have TV’s so you can enjoy watching whatever program you want while exercising. And if you ever forget your water bottle or you’re just really thirsty, they have a water fountain near the locker rooms, but they also have vending machines next to the private rooms where they teach the classes. Plenty of parking outside and they have a small waiting room right as you walk into the room if you just wanna sit down and chill~
