I was shipped the wrong light and the light I received was damaged. I filled out an online request for return a week ago and have not received a response. I sent a second request this morning (several hours ago) and have not received a response. I would actually like to give them zero stars but I don’t think that’s a Unilocal option.

We had been searching for new exterior lights for our home at the big box stores and online for over a year. We were just driving by and pulled a U-​turn to stop in and check out the store. SO GLAD WE DID!
We were greeted upon entering, directed to the area of the store we needed and advised if we needed further help, they’d be happy to assist.
The fixture set-​up is so helpful in that you are able to power on any exterior light on the wall, you wish to see in operation — making our decision so much easier.
We found fixtures we loved and ordered. Our product came in in about two weeks. They have now been installed and we are thrilled. The best part, the lights were purchased for far less than other retailers we had shopped. Supporting the small business owner always pays off in service, quality and price!
