Line-X Trucks-N-Stuff

The only reason I am not giving this business a five star rating is because of one thing that is very important to me: attention to detail.
I brought my shortbed truck in for a bedliner. I opted for the premium finish and to cover the bedrails. Cost about $ 700. Although this truck is 4 years old, it is in mint condition and I take care of it. I had a otherwise pleasant experience with this business. But there are three things about the finished product that rubbed me wrong:
1) When I was ready to pick it up, there was bedliner «residue» on the outside of the truck (bits and pieces of bedliner on the body, randomly from the back and even up to front. I don’t think there is any permanent «damage», but it is a little disconcerting to find that (makes you wonder how much prep/​protection was done).
2) There appears to be a run in the bedliner at the front of the bed on the driver’s side.
3) I recognize this is being extremely picky, but again, attention to detail matters to me. The emblem they apply inside the bed as a «warranty tag» was installed crooked. Bugs me every time I see it.
I used this Line-​X location because of it’s convenient location. I also checked Unilocal first (as I do with many other businesses/​purchases), and I did not find many reviews, so I wanted to be sure to provide one for potential customers.
Overall, not a terrible experience. But because I didn’t leave with a completely good feeling about the work done and was not sure that total care that was taken, there was definitely room for improvement.

Great place and great product. I have had two trucks done at this place, and have had a total of Zero issues with them. Phil is a great guy. Love the new location. Glad they were able to move.
