There are some positives and more negatives hence rated only 2⁄5.
Positive:
1. Upgrades in progress all over community.
2. Lowest rent in the surroundings
Negative:
1. The water charges are highest in this area. (It sucks. the charges are really very high)
2. Car wash does not work
3. Apartment is very old
4. carpets are not fluffy. Inspite of complains to the office, there is no action
5. Garage parking is not available hence rents are lower

I have been living here for a year now and the experience has been great. All the maintenance requests are address immediately. My only suggestion would be to make the entrance of the community a little more lit up

I have had a great experience here so far and have no intention of leaving any time soon. Any concern I’ve brought forward have been addressed immediately. Porscha, in the office, is very helpful and easy to work with.

Please please don’t move in here. The leasing office folks are extremely rude and unfriendly.
This community is highly unsafe.
My car was vandalized while I had parked in open parking spaces.
The maintenance team never responds to requests on time.
The gates are always open but the community director Corrie has the audacity to say that they can’t do anything about it. The key fobs also don’t work and these folks don’t have the money to replace the gate system and give new fobs to the customers.
Also the laundry here is pathetic. They don’t have enough machines and most of them don’t work.
The community doesn’t have proper lighting too.
It makes parking difficult.
There is no pet policy too. Dogs take a dump and go and no cares too pick up.
Trash is also strewn all around the dumps and thereby foul smell emanates.

Marquis at Legacy is a great place to stay.
Special mention to Corrie and her team who are doing a great job in addressing all the concerns of the tenants.
It is clean and hygenic. Almost all the apartments in the community have been upgraded.
Definitely recommended.
