We just came here to grab 2xlarge waters and split the new cheese sticks. Service was relatively quick; non-descript at first really. The second person to assist was more attentive and friendly. The redesign is nice inside as well; having a rounded corner to the counter where you can approach with an issue instead of waiting amongst new customers is nice. Now for the cheese sticks(See the photo). They were small, but just enough. They were very slightly oily, much less than most which is nice. The favors and spicing was good; not as flat as Jack in the Box cheese sticks if you’ve had those. But definitely not as large. The marinara sauce was flavorful, and just enough. It was a little sweet alone, but for a ketchup packet style sauce, it was tasty. Overall, an impressive new entry for McDonalds. I have read of others not getting their cheese, but we didn’t experience that. I would imagine it’s either a quality or over-baking issue. All in all, a good visit and new product.

Apparently this McDonalds has a cost problem. Shortchanged three different orders in one day.(We work at a nearby business) They fill the fries maybe 60% of the way. They have forgotten items multiple times and offer zero apologies about it. I am not going to come back to have you fill up my fries. But honestly should I even have to?

Out of all the McDonald’s in the Plano /Frisco area this is my favorite one to come to. They always have fresh fries and everything I’ve eaten here always taste really good. Now on to the comment about how horrible this place is just because they had a certain channel on their TV. How do you call yourself a real Unilocal reviewer when your review has nothing to do with the type of restaurant you are visiting? How do you sleep at night knowing you have lowered their stars just because you are stuck on a certain set of ideas and need your environment to be just right. I feel like you might as well stay home so you won’t be exposed to something as small as a TV channel and your day won’t be ruined. In fact I feel like your reviewing access should be revoked because you don’t understand how to properly use Unilocal. This site is to give honest opinions about the quality of food, the service, how clean or not clean a restaurant is, or even if the parking lot didn’t fell safe because they don’t have enough outside lighting. This site is a portal for others to read your«honest» review and to gauge their restaurant choices by what others have experienced as well as by the average amount of good verses bad reviews. It saddens me that there are individuals out there that don’t understand how to properly use these review sites. If you feel strongly about not going into a restaurant then just remember, there is always drive-thru.

MSNBC in 75093 !! Shocking but true. Right in one of the most conservative areas of conservative Texas is McDonald’s showing MSNBC on their television! Went in with a few friends the other day, they turned right around and left as soon as they saw the television. If you want to show the news, 90% of your customers in this area would prefer Fox News, or if you don’t want to be political, put on Turner Classic Movies. I always find the service and food here to be terrific, but I can’t handle the extreme left wing television propaganda.
