This place gets one star, only because no stars isn’t an option. The man taking our order looked like a manager, but seemed to have trouble with English and acted pretty hostile, raising his voice at me when he had trouble understanding«sausage mcmuffin with egg». I also watched him ignore another customers feedback and instead told him«no, no, you must complete online survey». Seriously? The bathroom was in horrible shape and I’ll be lucky if I don’t catch something after using it. The dining room was dirty, and run down with food on tables and torn booths. Oh and my sausage mcmuffin with egg, when I finally got it, looked like it had a bite taken out of the top half. I should have stopped at Jack in the Box across the street instead. Take my advice, pass this place up until they get new management.

This is consistently the worst McDonalds I have ever visited. Slow drive thru, ice cream machine broken 50% of the time(so no shakes, and no ice cream cones), restrooms not up to McDonalds cleanliness standards, and a manager that wants to make excuses & argue with the customer instead of fixing his problems. I live less than 5 minutes from this store, but will now drive 10 minutes to go to the other McDonalds a few blocks South on Park Blvd — I recommend you go there as well, and avoid this place…

This has been the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The manager Jarriel(night shift) here is great and always makes sure that the food comes hot and fresh. He always come to the window with a smile. He is a great Manager.

The manager here was horrible. I asked for change and gave him cash and a gift card. He took all of it and gave me no change back. I went in to talk to him and the ass said no and started mumbling and even his workers said, «he’s old he doesn’t know». After he kept arguing instead of giving me my money. I walked out empty handed. High key pissed off!!!

The employees just cleaned the whole entire floor with a dirty mop they use to clean the rest rooms. The whole place smells like urine. We are sick to our stomach. We told the employees and they said we don’t care. Amazing? You don’t care? You will care when I report you to the health department for being so nasty and dirty. Don’t eat here unless you enjoy the smell of other people’s urine.

I frequently visits this McDonalds with my family. I have to say, the food is amazing for the price! The cashier is always sure to leave some McNapkins in the bag for us. The place is super clean; the McJanitors must be paid well. The all-day breakfast is outstanding.(No more disappointment when you show up after 10:30). I definitely McRecommend this McDonalds and I hope you try it!

HORRIBLE… I come to this location because it is close to me but every time I come here they get my order wrong and after dealing with this store enough times I have come to learn that it is not a lack of employees but a lack of leader ship … The last few times I came here I had the manager take and pack my order and I waited in a line for him so I could be I shared that I would not have to go back and get my order corrected but the last three times it was the manager who rang up my order improperly and packed it wrong and then argued with me when I told him I was wrong and then all I heard were excuses for how myreceipt was rang up and how the food came out the way that it did witch was wrong I have spent many years in food service as everything from cashier to server to manager and a matter what position I was in if I messed up that many times I would be fired and I would not tolerate anybody who would drag on my store like that this store needs completely new leadership… Ps being in the service industry I’ve never in my life written a bad review about a restaurant or fast food place but this called for it because I will be making the extra 4 mile trip down the road the next McDonald’s where they always give my water right I really hope that McDonald’s is able to fix the store or just shut it down because they are The reason McDonald’s can get a bad rap btw they messed my sandwiches up again

I had an awful experience at this McDonald’s location. When I first got in line, I saw a burger fall onto the floor and then the manager picked it up, put it in the bag, and handed it to the customer in the drive thru. That was just the first part. My girlfriend and I had received coupons for free Extra Value meals from the FC Dallas game, which were valid at all North Texas locations. I politely asked the manager(the same one who had served a guest the burger that landed on the floor) if the coupon was valid at this location. He studied it for almost a minute, meanwhile lecturing another worker instead of paying attention to the customer directly in front of him. He then said«I can only accept one of these, but you’re going to have to buy something else». Knowing that there are numerous McDonalds locations nearby, I replied, «that’s fine, we can just go to another one.» I reached for the coupon but he held onto it tightly at first. After prying it from his hands, we left and used our coupons at another McDonalds.

Went thru the drive through after midnight because they offer an after midnight menu that offers breakfast burritos. Was told«we don’t have time for those». Hm. Here’s your one star for not honoring your menu.

I frequent this McDonald’s because it’s close by my apartment, and the service has always been second-to-none. I love their fresh food – their breakfast sandwiches, their wraps, but perhaps more than that, I love their good service – specifically, the fact that their drive-thru staff usually exhibits so much courtesy. Which is one of those things you might not notice or think about, until it’s absent one day. I asked politely if I could have sweet and sour sauce. This is what happened to me at a McDonalds in Plano, TX, in a very nice part of town, with a well-educated population in 2014. This white drive-through attendant turned around and yelled«SCHWEETANDSOWAHSAUUUCE» in a very fake, offensive Asian accent. I am of Asian descent, which maybe he had a problem with. Maybe he was once wronged by someone who looked like me. Or he was having a rough night. Maybe all of the above. In any case, I was deeply offended and so even though I got my food and my order correct, and the service was relatively quick, I still chose to walk in and speak to the manager about the incident. When the attendant saw me walk in, he put two fingers to his temple imitating a gun and made a firing noise. I haven’t encountered racism like this since I was a very young girl growing up in the South. This just brought back awful memories. And all because I had the audacity to order sweet and sour sauce – which by the way, was for my WHITE boyfriend because I was picking up his food on my way home. There are very few things that will trouble me enough to avoid a convenient, nearby fast food restaurant entirely. This McDonald’s was the only one close by to me, and I’m sad that I don’t feel comfortable enough to ever try going there again. Oh well… at least Whataburger is just down the street.

This is hands-down the most poorly run McDonald’s in the area. Slow. Messed up orders. Pricing is always wrong

Staff didn’t understand order. Asked for iced coffee, got hot. When I told them the order was wrong, she told me I was wrong and I got a hot. I said no I got iced, she said sorry and walked away.

Screwed up my order three times. First, forgot my fries. Second, gave us a McDouble instead of a Double Quarter Pounder. Third, when they replaced the burger, they added special sauce to the Dbl Qtr Pndr. Unacceptable.

McDonalds food is McDonalds food, there isn’t any saving a business from that. What makes this location stand out is the GINORMOUSPLAYAREA. When I tell my kids we’re going here they get so excited they almost pee themselves. It is clean, well-lit, well maintained, and just the coolest. Space-themed. WIN.

It was just another ordinary day for me, the blue collar man. I was driving in west Plano that day. The houses were bigger and wider than what I was normally accustomed to seeing. The restaurants, more expensive than I was accustomed to affording. So it was only inevitable that lunch had come, and the Golden Arches beckoned. This would have to do for now. I walk up to the counter and ordered my regular Spicy McChicken, McDouble and Grilled Onion Cheddar combo off the dollar menu.(I liked to call it the father, son and holy spirit combo. For $ 3.24 you could get three different burgers. This was before they jacked up the prices). I swiped my card, got my receipt and waited. «NUMBER #220!» someone yelled. I quickly grab my order and wolf it down within minutes. As I was getting up from the table, a voice from behind me asked, «Did you enjoy the burgers?» I spun around, uncertain if I’d heard correctly. It was the cashier who’d taken my order. He was wiping down some empty tables and looking my way. Like a deer in the headlights, I had no idea what to say. Snapping back to my senses, I managed to stammer, «Oh uh, it was great, it was great! Thanks!» before beating a hasty retreat. I rushed to the safe domain of my truck and slammed the door shut. There I sat in the relative silence for a minute with my hand on the ignition, the slighty musty smell of far too old cloth seats permeating the air. My world had fallen apart. It felt like what a kid must feel when he sticks a fork into the wall outlet. What just happened? Did I mistakenly dine at Three Forks? My mind spun, failing to reconcile fast food dining establishments and a seemingly caring employee. Here was McDonald’s, the epitome of low quality and cheap food, and in the middle of it all was an employee asking if I’d had a good dining experience. It was like finding a diamond in a cesspit. Some nights when I can’t sleep, I still think about what happened there on that sunny day in west Plano. 5⁄5
