I had some plumbing work done on my house and with storms and a giant tunnel under my house that had been exposed for over two weeks I was nervous about some shifting I had seen. Steve came and took my elevations. He was very nice and did not force anything services. He recommended some pier placements based off elevations. I would recommend them to all my friends. Good pricing and good service.

MetroTex came out to our first home to inspect our foundation and answer all of our questions. Though my wife and I cannot speak to their work product specifically, they were very professional, certainly kind and definitely knowledgeable .
We were informed of what we could do ourselves to maintain our foundation and really save some money down the road. We felt taken care of and assured that if anything does happen to our foundation down the road, we know who to call.

Frisco, TX
MetroTex Foundation did an awesome job fixing a 7/​10″ settlement of the corner of the house I just bought in Frisco, TX. They had to come out twice — first to drill the holes and pour concrete, then, after a week (to let concrete settle and dry) — to install 5 concrete piers. The whole house is now perfectly level.
MetroTex crew took a good care of my landscaping, restored the sprinkler system to it’s original working state. Work is covered by the lifetime transferable warranty.
As in previous review — MetroTex was recommended to me by the structural engineer who inspected my house before purchase and kept the originally quoted price. I would recommend this contractor to a friend.

Metro Tex Foundation was recommended by the structural engineer I had investigate my possible home purchase. Normally, I don’t like those kind of recommendations, but wanted to get this done and Metro Tex provided plenty of references to check their work.
They came out and leveled off one section of the foundation from being 2 inches low to within ¼ in of level (still low, but within tolerances), plus the area is now covered by their warranty, which is transferable to a new owner down the line.
They did disturb some landscaping, but it was minimal. This was mentioned in the original quote.
Very happy with their work and yes, I did buy the house.
