Has 0 vegan options except for the drinks. How is this fit? Selling eggs in almost every container. I was pretty disappointed because nothing else was open at the time I went and then I had nothing to eat until 12. The only thing I did buy was B12 drink supplement.

This guys that work at this location are friendly and helpful. I go in 3 – 5 times a month to grab something for lunch or breakfast since I work around the corner. Some of the food is great, some not so much. The spinach and cheese enchiladas are great. I almost always go for them because I know I won’t be disappointed! The breakfast tacos/torta and street tacos are also really great. The ProVita chicken is not one of my favorites. The chicken itself is decent, but the smashed sweet potatoes were just too sweet and overwhelmed by cinnamon. I prefer my sweet potatoes a bit more savory so I’ve learned to stay away from that meal! You win some you lose some, but over all I like the concept. Lunch is generally $ 7 – 10 for a pre portioned meal that’s definitely better than most frozen concepts!

They sell food that has mold growing on the bottom. Being busy is not an excuse for selling food that can make people sick. Enough said. Ck expiration dates carefully. Pic shown above. Wouldn’t have seen mold unless picked food up and looked at bottom.

For my weight loss program, I am doing a mixture of Simply Fit and My Fit Food meals for several of my meals throughout the week. Below are my likes/dislikes: Likes: 1) SUPER friendly and helpful staff. The first time I went in, the guy walked me through the foods, process, and answered all of my questions. Didn’t try to oversell me on anything. 2) Ability to order online whenever. 3) Everything I have had from this place has been delicious. Favorites: Almond Crusted Chicken(mashed potatoes are the bomb), Besto Pesto, Beef Fit Up, and Spinach/Chicken Enchiladas. 4) LOVELOVELOVE the fact that this place showed pictures of the food online and in their brochures. You get a good idea of what you will be getting based on the pictures. 5) They pay attention to the sodium in the meals. 6) Nice location and you can dine-in if you want. Dislikes: 1) Some of the foods have been out of stock several times. 2) Very few discounts. Perhaps if you did the 21 day challenge thing, but I haven’t seen anything if you buy a variety in bulk. 3) Wish they would have some organic options. 4) Vegetables are WAY under-cooked for my taste.

I went there without knowing anything. I need to change my habits but didn’t know where to start. They guy there was no help. I’d ask a question and he would read to me off the label. Politely hand me a menu and told me to let him know what I needed. So I left. Not very helpful or knowledgable. Great idea and concept but being a finicky eater and nut allergies. He couldn’t answer much. Needless to say I stand a better chance figuring this out on my own.

I love this place. They have great meal options you can eat there or take them to heat up later. They have real whole foods with nutritious contents but that are really yummy. And … I got my first meal free! Yum…

I’d like to give a 3.5 but not an option. I love the foods most of the time but, It isn’t consistent. Sometimes way too salty. The other day I bought the beef fit up(my favorite). It was actually bad, smelled and tasted like it had turned, not fresh. This has now really turned me off. I still like the chicken adobo egg tacos for breakfast. I can only eat one, so it lasts two days. My suggestion is to pick meals with the farthest out date and eat within one day. Great concept just need a little fine tuning.

I’ve tried at least five of these places because I need a special diet and because I don’t have a lot of time. The ingredients are very fresh. The food is amazingly good. Some dishes are a bit salty for my taste — but it’s sea salt so your body absorbs it readily. The key advantage is portion control. Big eaters will enjoy the large and medium sized dishes. Smaller eaters will like the specially made salads and small portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner. Beware of the«lotions and potions». This place loves selling stuff like filtered vinegar that frankly is no charm — you can do this stuff yourself if you so desire. They also sell Chobani yogurt for convenience — and it’s expensive. But the meals themselves are relatively reasonably priced. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks will run you around $ 600 a month give or take. The staff is very helpful — but they don’t have a lot of business experience. They try to hire people who are interested in nutrition and kinesiology but these are not Registered Dietitians. I’ve had some start-up issues with the Plano location. Frankly the one in Irving near Valley Ranch is a bit more professional. I noticed that the staff there was a bit more seasoned. They’re great if you know exactly what you want and are careful. One of their planners sits down and helps plan your meal. Make no mistake these sales people. The foods are a bit predictable — the meats are turkey, chicken, salmon, beef — and yes there are few if any vegan /vegetarian options and these guys don’t do plant-based diets or paleo so don’t even try. If you work for a large employer the corporate office can send someone out from one of the corporate stores to do an education presentation. They bring food, cards for percentage off and will even help you look at food options. This place would be more ideal I think for people who work out and are already healthy — though they help people who are overweight and have special diet needs — that’s not their niche. If you’re a busy man or woman who doesn’t have time or perhaps the skills to cook this is for you. Yes it seems pricey — but consider this — the meals are nutritious, fresh, balanced, and you don’t have the waste you would if you prepared it yourself. To competently make the variety and quality of meals they make from scratch would take you at least an 8 or 9 hour day. So consider the value of that much time when you’re calculating the cost versus benefit. They are nice people and they do have the appearance of caring. This is my third week with them.

What a great idea. Sad that there are no vegetarian/vegan options. Walked out of there with nothing. Was told that they do have vegetarian-friendly options at some select locations. No luck finding out which locations though. Ended up just having to call around. No luck. Sad day.

I got a couple of free meal coupons from an event and was excited to use them after trying the delicious Turkey Chili at said event. The chili was filling, spicy and delish! I had the flat iron tacos for lunch which were listed as a spicy item(can you tell I like it hot??) and was very disappointed; they were not spicy nor did they contain any ounce of flavor whatsoever. Total disappointment. For dinner, the hubs got the chicken parm(med — 540 cal) and I got the almond crusted chicken(med — 590 cal). His came with a small bed of pasta and sauce and mine with steamed broccoli and a good serving size of very dry mashed red potatoes. Both of us liked our chicken and he said that his pasta was good but he would have liked more of it. I didn’t finish the potatoes because they lacked flavor and were very dry. I would go back to pick up a quick, healthy meal but I don’t think that it’s worth it for every single meal. It’s likely a big trial and error process as everyone’s taste buds are different. I didn’t think that their prices were outrageous for occasionally eating here, but it is a bit much for every day eating.

I’ve tried a lot of the options from My Fit Foods and I have to say… I’m usually starving an hour or two after I eat. When I eat from Simply Fit I stay full though. So it has to be something going on with MFF. I am not a fan of their chicken parm which all the staff rave about. I thought the breading mixture was, well, odd tasting. I did really enjoy the salmon cake meal… but alas, I was hungry again in two hours.

So happy they opended in Plano, close to my office and home. Ever since these folks came to our office to demo some dishes, I have been a fan. Not so much for the meal plans or challenges, but the simple good quality engredients they use. My go to meal after a workout is the marine mash. Quinoa, turkey meat and kidney beans with just a splash of cheese. High protein and fiber. Don’t judge them on prices because there are not that many places doing this type of healthy take out. Most of the others establishments are pretty tasteless. You do need a palate for the spicy, as they tend to pepper up the dishes. For a good reason, to stoke your fat burning engine. Can’t wait to try some new dishes.

Purchased a few meals from My Fit Foods on 11⁄30. Purchased several meals from Simply Fit in the past. So let’s compare: My Fit Foods: Lots of meals to choose from A tad bit more expensive than Simply Fit Taste is somewhat lacking in some of the meals, e.g. turkey, broccoli and sweet potatoes Simply Fit: Their selection of meals is not as extensive as My Fit Foods I got burnt out on the limited selection of meals to choose from Overall, the taste is better than My Fit Foods. For example, Simply Fit has more tomato-based meals. When I’m trying to eat somewhat healthy, the tomato-based meals satiate my appetite better. My Fit Foods/Simply Fit: For me, both of the locations are convenient. For some reason, neither stores are good at cooking steel cut oats. They cook the oats until they are very mushy in texture and they add agave nectar to the oats. The extra sweetener really isn’t needed with all of the fruits each store adds to the oats. I will continue to purchase meals at both stores. But I must say Simply Fit meals are better tasting overall.
