It took them 3 weeks to get our loved one’s ashes back. They lost the paperwork twice and transported the body AFTER TWO WEEKS to another location an hour away without our consent to be cremated. They said they’d call us with updates but never called and didn’t return phone calls. You might save some money with this place but it is not worth the peace of mind!
