This was my first and last time here. The manicurist Kim started off with trying to remove my shellac gel polish with her own fingernail. After telling her that is absolutely unacceptable she began using the proper tool for removal but before the soaking my nail with the acetone long enough. I told her to stop because she not only hurt me but damaged my nails. I did not let her finish and I left.(See photos) I’d give no stars if it were possible to do so in order to complete this post.

So I may have found my new nail spot. My nails are naturally thin and I have a hard time finding consistent, reliable nail services. I have some ‘go-to’ places but it’s still hit or miss… or non-lasting. I like the look of gel but realized that nexgen is more practical for my nail type, shape and even how often I use or wash my hands. Excited to say that this place may be my new go-to! It takes a few visits before I can confirm though… that its not a dream. They had a good selection of colors, they actually used name brand quality powders, and the shop was clean with a friendly down to earth staff and there was barely a wait. It’s near the Subway & Mamas & Daughters diner mid shopping center. I told my concerns(that long description on the 1st paragraph) & they did my nails EXACTLY how I wanted. Shape, Thickness & appearance on point. 2 weeks later from a cruise vacation and not 1 nail chipped or broken. I will be back soon. Then I’ll add a picture. Check them out.

This is by far the worst manicure I’ve ever had!!! I would give them 0 if i could She didn’t even use lotion for the massage and the massage was only about 5 minutes! I could paint my nails better than this! Seriously!

I have been coming here for 10 years and have never been disappointed. They are professional, clean and friendly. I would recommend anybody to Nexgen Nail.
