Booked this for a bachelorette party and unfortunately there was bad weather the night we were out and the defrost wasn’t working. We spent an hour at a gas station trying to see about getting another bus, but we’re told to leave it or deal with it. The roof was also leaking when it was raining. We called for a partial refund as part of the night was spent wasted in a parking lot not going anywhere. We called and didn’t receive any responses from our message, so we called today and were told that we would not receive any type of partial refund and to take them to court if they broke the law. They didn’t break the law, but our safety and the public’s safety were at risk.

Did not get to experience Dallas Mini Bus because they gave away my reservation without telling me.
For prom on May 16^th I started calling limo companies during the first week of April. We needed a party bus for 26 people and I called Dallas Mini Bus who said I could have their 29 passenger bus. After filling out the online reservation form, I get an email on April 10 with a contract. It has no instruction about whether to bring it to their office, scan and send it, or how to pay the $ 300 security deposit. So, I email back asking what the next step is, but I get no response. A couple days later I call to ask the same thing and he says I can pay by phone but he’ll have to call me back. He never calls me back, so I email a while later asking if I still have a bus reserved. He never responds to that email either. So, I call again and he tells me that he doesn’t have a bus for me because I never paid the deposit. Even though I know it’s too late to get the bus back, I tell him I didn’t pay the deposit because he never called me back or returned my emails. He claims that we emailed back and forth and that he remembers my call because he had already given away my bus when I called to pay the deposit even though that call was only a few days after he sent me the contract.
He could have at least called me before giving away my reservation. I would have been happy to pay the deposit, but instead I was left to find a party bus for 26 people 10 days in advance. I luckily was able to do that thanks to A2Z Limos. However, I had to pay $ 450 more than I would’ve paid Dallas Mini Bus.

I am a frequent user of Dallas Minibus and I will never use anyone else for transportation services. The bus is always clean and the drivers are so nice! The owner was understanding and even gave me a discount when I told him that I was booking the job for a group of breast cancer survivors. I am convinced that I cannot get a better experience from any other company. The atmosphere inside the bus makes it hard not to have a great time.

We used Dallas Minibus for a 38-​person outing to the roller derby in Mesquite. The bus was very nice and clean inside, and arrived/​returned promptly. My only complaint is that I never got a call confirming my reservation, nor one to let me know the driver was on his way to me, so I was basically stalking them/​panicked until the moment the bus arrived. If they upped their communication/​responsiveness, they’d be a five-​star business for sure.
