They are money collector! with really bad service!
I don’t even see the doctor.
I just come in to get my immigration medical exam.
Because my old one was expired.
I don’t want to go back to same place because my husband call in here and they said they will charge me $ 120 Instead of $ 250.
But I have to bring all my vaccine record and I DID.
Then they said I have to get another MMR to complete my vaccine. and TDAP Because the old one that I got from another clinic is not the right one it’s call Td.
They both a physician designated by USCIS (also known as a «civil surgeon»)
So you are trying to tell me that the old doctor gave me the wrong kind of vaccine that he sent it to the U.S. CITIZENS SHIP AND IMMIGRATION SERVICES.
REALLY???
So the total amount $ 265!!!

The only doctor I’ve dealt with has been Doctor Ranjin. She’s curt, but to the point, and gives you the info you need. I don’t have any complaints with her. The rest of the staff though…
Count on your appointments being late, to the point that if you show up on time, the doors will be locked and nobody will be inside.
What knocks this down to one star: They billed my insurance $ 460 for a 10 minute office visit, plus another $ 20 for lab supplies. Okay, I can see the $ 20, since they took blood on the first visit. But on the followup visit, they billed the exact same way, when it was a 5 minute visit that involved no lab work — I was in the building less than 15 minutes. They also charged me my copay when I exceeded my out of pocket months ago.
They’re very pushy about trying to get you to fill your scripts at the neighboring pharmacy.
I’ve reported their billing practices to my insurance company — like I said, they’re billing for stuff that was never done (lab supplies when I walked in for a bloodwork followup). They’re also apparently either using a pirated or misconfigured version of their patient portal software, as the mobile app version cannot find the practice by name or address.

I bring my family and recommend Dr. Li to friends. His medical care is excellent, and he is very personable, professional, and friendly. He’s actually available when you’re sick, affordable, doesn’t just hand you over to a nurse or PA, and is reliable in his diagnosis. His nurse Kaylee is sweet, too.

Pack a lunch. You will be here for a while. Yes the service is a little slow but they get the job done. My family and i came here to get a check up to move to Australia. They were very professional and helpful with everything.

I can always get a same day appointment or if I call in the afternoon, an appointment the next morning. As with any doctor’s office, the earlier you go, the shorter wait time you have. I like that they can do X-​Rays and draw blood onsite.
Dr. Li is great and the other providers are good as well. I do not feel the time with the provider is rushed. Having said that, because the wait tends to be quite long for later in day appointments, I give 4 instead of 5 stars.

I would give this place 3 stars, but every time I come I get more reasons to rate this down.
Pros: fast, easy service. Good location.
Dr.Ranjan is extremely nice and sweet, and she cares.
Cons: front desk is always empty or the person working there is lazy. Nurses are dressed like they’re at home or at a park or something. One blonde nurse didn’t smile or even acknowledge me. The nurses really don’t seem like they enjoy their job or they care at all.

I am giving this place 1 star because of horrendous service. I had an appointment with the dr @ 930 by 11 I was still not seen. I ended up walking out of the clinic. The front office was really annoyed too that I asked my copayment to be refunded. Something has to be said when the dr calls me 5 min after I left to tell me that he can now see me immediately. The dr seems nice enough but he needs to think about getting a new front office staff. Nevertheless, the hunt for a new pcp begins again.

I came here for an immigration examination, and Dr. Li and his staff made the process very quick and efficient.
I made an appointment by e-​mail on a Thursday, came in the next day for the blood work, PPD test, shots and physical examination, and was told to come back on Monday to have the PPD checked. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with, and they happily accepted my ancient vaccination records written in a foreign language.
When I returned on Monday, my PPD was determined to be positive, and I had the chest x-​ray done literally five minutes later. I was told the result would take a couple of days to come back, but later that afternoon they called to let me know that all my paperwork was ready.
I stopped by on my way back home from work, and two minutes later I was walking out with my I-​693 in a sealed envelope.
