This location really is awful — the customer service is so terrible … The manager always has the worst attitude. The beds are hardly ever completely cleaned. If there was any competition near by I would go … Fingers crossed for another palm beach — maybe by castle hills

Every location is different and they really push the products in a rather annoying way at this location. But just say no… right. The guy at the front desk insisted my lotion was junk lol. Black Dahlia… Oooohhhkay. Passive aggressive sales tactics just annoy me. But I’ll always tan at Palm Beach!

I called to inquire about my account and how to use my unfreeze points and balance of unfreeze. I spoke with a gentleman and it really eeks me because he was rushing me on the phone and trying to avoid putting my name into the system to answer my questions. This kind of behavior only makes me want to reactivate and use up my credits and cancel so that my money isn’t wasted during my freeze out time. Palm Beach, I think we will be parting ways really soon! As for this location, I liked it okay until this. Last time I was in there, the front desk staff wasn’t too friendly but whatever. If you’re having a bad day, fake it when you have to deal with a customer, it’s your job!

I have been had the mystic tab membership for over 3 years now. Likes: clean and the tan itself Dislikes: I can NEVER come in without a product or discount being shoved in my face. NOONE needs a stock of 10 overpriced lotions! No means no! In the summer, I am lucky to use my membership because the mystic is always broken. They will send you to another location and it will be broken too! What am I paying $ 75 a month for?! I had fraud on my recurring card. It took 4, yes 4 attempts(therefor 4 employees) being hounded and re-doing the update for them to get it right, and bill me correctly. After the experiences in the last 3 months at over 4 different locations, I am planning on buying my own system to save the headache of the experience of doing business with them.

There is 1 girl that works at this location named Laurel who is ALWAYS so nice and helpful, she’s always making sure that I have the best experience while I tan and is never pushy. IFYOUGOTOTHISLOCATION, ASKFORLAUREL, she’s their BEST employee by far. She’s very informative, respectful to customers, and never fails to put on a smile for everyone who walks through the door :) On the other hand, there is a male sales rep who’s always extremely rude and has an attitude. He constantly tries to push people into purchasing products, and doesn’t even greet the customers kindly or treat them with respect. HEISTHEONLYREASONIMGIVINGTHISREVIEW A LOWRATING. constantly see him on his phone and have left this location numerous times simply because of the way he treats me and other customers. He brings down the rating and like ability of this location significantly.

Uhg. I dont know why I keep coming here. Convenience of location, maybe? I pay for an unlimited membership and get treated like a bag of crap everytime I walk in the door. This place is run by a herd of spoiled West Plano teenagers who would not know professionalism or hard work if it ran them over, backed up, and ran them over again. Even after speaking with their babysitter… err… regional manager, they still act like a$$es every time I come in.
