I had an appointment at 3:10pm for a flu shot. At 3:30pm I went to ask how much longer since I had a meeting at 4pm, and I was told the staff would see me «soon».
At 3:45pm I went back to the front desk and told them I need an exact estimate of how much longer I would have to wait since it was now 35 minutes past my appointment time. I was told another 10 – 15 minutes. Meanwhile a couple who got there after me were seen first. I told them never mind the appointment and I was leaving. They offered to reschedule, I said no, I will never be back here again due to their poor time management!
Be sure to have an hour out of your day to waste if you want to get a flu shot here!
