Pearle Vision

Gave me two pairs of contacts that didn’t work for me and didn’t give me a script. Apparently I took to long to try them (6 weeks) and now require me to return for another exam. Ridiculous. Won’t return again. Also the glasses side is very expensive. Supposed deals are not deals at all. I bought some really cute glasses but they are way too heavy and make marks on my nose very quickly. No adjusting will fix it. Now I’m stuck with heavy glasses and no contact alternative. Thanks guys!

I had an excellent experience with this particular Pearl Vision location. After my eye exam, I believe a lady named Milana helped me pick out the right frames that fit my face. She was incredibly helpful and professional. She made great suggestions and was very patient with me. I was being rather indecisive and it took me over an hour to decide. Milana never showed a bit of annoyance. Instead, she was understanding and supportive. I will definitely be back and I have been recommending this location to all my friends and family!

Worst company I gave ever dealt with, brought many pairs of glass from them and when I need them to give me my PD measurement for my diving mask, they refuse to give it to me. I will never do business with this company again. Stay away!

I went to Pearle Vision with an open mind and I wanted some new glasses. I was pleasantly surprised by how professional their staff was and how helpful they were in helping me pick out the perfect frame for me. I definitely would recommend the place for anybody who needs glasses/​update their prescription. It’s a friendly and professional place.

I came here not sure what kind of glasses I wanted or knew what would be best for me. But Sherl was very professional and extremely helpful. She took the time out to explain what lenses would be best suitable for me. She also explain the variety of the frames. As complicated of a person that I am she was able to help me pick the perfect frames. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. I will be coming back!

I had an excellent experience with both the optometrist, Dr. Halle Tran and the Optical Center with Milana.
Cassandra at the Doctor’s office was able to get me an appointment with only 30 minutes advance notice, I was 5 minutes late, but when I called to let her. know, she assured me that it was no problem! Once I was there, I was being tested within a few minutes, they made some suggestions on additional tests, but there was no pressure to purchase. Dr Tran was excellent as well, communicated in terms I was easily able to understand instead of complicated medical terms. At the end she reviewed all the tests with me and what they meant.
After that, I went over to the vision center, had both employees help me pick out a pair of frames that would work well with my extremely strong prescription and had me out of there in less than 15 minutes! Great experience at both sides of the business! Thanks for giving me the best, hassle free and no wait time experience I have ever had!

I originally got new frames and lenses in May and by November the lenses already had pressure cracks. They replaced the lenses but less than a month later there are new pressure cracks. I left my glasses there Monday night and never heard anything back until I called Saturday afternoon. I was told that they were on the manager’s desk but she hadn’t gotten around to calling the lab and she wouldn’t be able to until Monday. Not only did they have my glasses and didn’t bother to call me but they haven’t even been sent back to the lab. Thankfully I have my old pair but I will not buy new frames from them ever again

Great place to get your glasses. They are kind and really take their time making sure you get the best pair of glasses for you. Thorough and knowledgeable on what looks good on you.
The staff is friendly and fast!
They were great and helping me pick frames and lenses within my budget.
I’ll be going here from now on.
