Pizza Hut

Always loved it here. The pizza is good, the wings are fantastic. Oh, the bread sticks are consistently great! The staffs are courteous and nice.

Just received a pizza ordered 1 ½ hours ago. It is a total mess. Looks like the driver tossed it sideways on his floorboard! Now they aren’t answering their phone… at 9:15! Guess I’ll dispute the CC charge and reorder from someone else.

Poor poor poor service. Order pizza online for pickup got there to wait in a line. Waited 40 min past the time it was supposed to be ready. Manger not helping employees or customers. Walking around talking on his personal phone while the locations phone is ringing and ringing and ringing. To top it off when I got home with my pizza and wings the pizza was wrong and cold. Tried to call of course no answer. They definitely need a better management system

It’s been a while I haven’t had pizza hut for a while, and now I have a good reason not to! I ordered delivery and just plain, dried pizza sent to our home. Lost my appetite right away. I didn’t know they had fries, but ridiculous portions they give! I would stay away! Even little ceasers doesn’t serve dry pizza!

Your typical Pizza Hut location for the area, which means it’s lower quality from what I’m used to back up North. Pizza is pretty decent with stuffed crust but it seemed in recent months the quality has gone down. Let me tell you how:
1. Putting on the free sauce drizzle and customized crust, which I thought was a genius idea on Pizza Hut’s part, seems to be a very capricious choice on the part of the pizza makers. Multiple times have I received pizzas without the correct sauce, with no sauce, with the wrong crust, with the regular crust despite asking for a special one, and very little sauce.
2. The crust has come multiple times in the form of the personal pizza crust rather than the real Pizza Hut crust, which ruined the whole pizza.
3. The breadsticks come overly greasy, but this is most likely just because of the nature of the breadsticks since they seem the same nationwide.
Delivery is pretty typical so no complaints there on time. The whole location seems not to be a full location from a lot of the things I’ve already said but it used to serve its purpose. I wish they would get back to the quality they used to have.

This location is right next To my house, and always make my pizza the way I ask. Location is very clean as well. I only had a problem once of the many times I’ve ordered. One time they messed up my pizza. I asked for cheese, and they gave me a pepperoni pizza; and an employee was giving me a hard time. She re-​made it again incorrectly. Later the manager took care of it. Other than this one bad incident, every pizza I’ve ordered has been on point! I will continue going to this location.

This place is by far THE SHITTIEST pizza I’ve ever had! I don’t review places, but my experience was so bad I feel compelled to.
The pizza; dry, hard to chew, rock hard crust, practically no sauce, in a nutshell, DISGUSTING…
The order; if you’re going to send me crappy dry pizza, at least send the drink I paid for.
The service; not helpful at all. First they placed me on hold for a long time. After finally taking me off hold, they credited $ 3 for the drink that I can only use at their garbage location.
To sum it all up, listen to the reviews! I learned the hard way.

First let me state I don’t call orders in because that is where a lot of problems start. So the reviews on this location was not very good but I decided to give it a try there this afternoon. I ordered a large thin and extra crispy crust, with Italian sausage, onions and black olives. It was cooked exactly like I ordered and it was one of the best bought pizzas I have eaten in a long time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I also got an order of the chocolate brownies… oh my. they tasted like heaven. I will certainly not hesitate to eat another pizza from this location. This is the Pizza take out or delivery at 1409 Shiloh Rd, East Plano.

Every time we lace an order it comes wrong extremely frustrating. Last time it was wrong and they gave a 10 $ credit and brought the corrected order. Tonight we didn’t even bother to call and tell them such a pain

This ace isn’t all that great! Every time I order a pizza from here the crust isn’t all the way cooked through. The pizza is too flimsy, and the deliver drivers never have Parmesan or red pepper crust on them!!! Sucky overall!

Pizza Hut. What to say about Pizza Hut. Think, think, think oh I know Mama Mia its a Pizza.
Pizza Hut is always good for large groups. We all know about their stuffed crust pizza which is world famous for its eat it backwards style.
Honestly, the best pizza crust there is their Pan Pizza. Cooked to a golden brown crust with just the right amount of sauce and toppings. The have a wide variety of crusts, toppings and mix an match combos. Their Wings are truly amazing with each flavor having its own kick and taste to it.
Usually you run the risk of them preparing the wrong type of Pizza and the only concession they make is comp the next order but they do not realize the time you waited for the pizza and also what will you do now with no food. It has actually happened to me twice so make an attempt to call in your order and make sure that they will make it correct.
The price point is decent and it is good when you get their Pizza Mia deal for $ 5/​pizza. Try this place out, it is your typical cardboard cut out store no matter where you order from so you will enjoy it; if you haven’t already had it to date.
