I’ve been going here for about 9 months now and usually I’ve had great experiences here with no hassle but I’ve been trying to get my third depo shot for almost a week! I’ve had one shot here before and I came to get my next one and they tell me my insurance will only cover the shot if I get it on Tuesday. Well okay I’ve never had to do that? And now I’m back today and they tell me they need my insurance and ID even though I already have a chart here with all my information and the lady on the phone told me I didn’t have to bring anything. Sorry but people don’t have time to be coming back and forth and ESPECIALLY cannot wait for BIRTHCONTROL!

Its all about prevention and family planing. I have used Planned Parenthood for years and I will not give up on them. I handed out some condoms to the haters and told them«use these condoms so you all can not breed more hate!»

I’ve been a client of this clinic for the past 5+ years. The nurses and nurse practitioners are always friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. I’ve never been made to feel uncomfortable during yearly exams. There can be a wait some days(like at any other medical practice), so I make a point to arrive 15 minutes early to appointments, and I’ve never had to wait more than 15 minutes to be taken back. They recently moved to a building near the previous location, and the new office is very nice, and very large. Despite all the unnecessary«controversies» surrounding PPH, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my yearly exams, or feminine health. These ladies are the best.

I actually like this one cause I have a very difficult work schedule they always manage to get me in and out. Plus the nurses are always good about answering any silly personal questions for me

Just had an awful experience here. I needed an IUDASAP but the Dallas location was booked. They made an appointment for me at this location. I took off work early and drove nearly 30 minutes to get here only to be sent home because the nurse there would not give me the IUD within two weeks of intercourse even though the nurse at the Dallas center approved it. Instead of contacting me in the THREEWHOLEDAYSUNTILMYAPPOINTMENT to tell me they couldn’t do it, they tell me when I’ve lost work hours, gas and now it’s too late to get the IUD. Thanks to all of this I will now be in fear for a good month. Thanks.
