I receive Cards and letters at my home from this company on a regular basis. I researched them online and found mostly good reviews. My downstairs air conditioning is 23 years old and probably time for replacement, so I called them to come out and take a look at what I currenty have and discuss what needs to be installed to meet my heating and air conditioning needs. They setup an appointment a couple weeks out for October 10^th 2015 at 10 AM. At our agreed time they didn’t show up nor did they call to say they would be late. My appointment was with Brady Bailey their sales manager. I know nothing more about them but what I read on line but they didn’t keep their appointment with me. Good luck to all in finding a reputable and reliable air conditioning company.

Lifesavers! Our air conditioner went out when it was super hot and they came out the very next day and helped us get it fixed that day. Even though we needed extra parts they went and got them and came back quickly. I appreciated their speedy service.
