Plano Locksmith TX

I was locked out of the apartment last night and called Plano Locksmith TX. Within 30 minutes of my call, a technician arrived to my apartment. He was very professional and efficient. He was extremely kind and did his job quickly. He opened the lock in just 5 minutes. I can’t thank him enough for his extended help. I strongly recommend.

9:30pm — Back door knob was messed up and needed it fixed immediately since we were having guests over soon.
Called A-​1 Locksmith who was SUPPOSED to have technicians available til 11pm. No answer… false advertising?
Called Plano Locksmith who was SUPPOSED to have «Fast ²⁴⁄₇ Emergency Locksmith Service». No answer. Again… false advertising?
Called Plano Locksmith TX and a nice lady answers the phone and says she would send someone out in the next 20 – 40 mins. Technician called 5 mins later and said he was on his way. He got to the house at about 10:30pm, was friendly and knowledgeable and fixed the door for us all in about an hour. We had to get a new doorknob installed bc the other one was broken and the cost of the doorknob, the service call and the labor — added up to about $ 125. A little pricier than expected, but what can you do.
The fact that they actually picked up right when we called and sent someone over immediately who was able to get the job done quickly gives them 5 stars, but the fact that it was kinda pricey knocks it down to 4 stars.
Oh and he was super friendly with our 2 obnoxious dogs and 1 cat who kept wanting to sniff and play with him. What more could you want in a locksmith?
