I found this hidden studio after purchasing a groupon. I was a little taken back by the size of the studio as I had only gone to Bikram studios in the past but I was pleasantly surprised. As other reviewers say Carlos is great. He is attentive, patient and makes everyone feel comfortable. This class is very fast past so be prepared to SWEAT! If you are new to yoga attend the Sunday morning techniques class, it is a little more expensive but certainly worth it, I didn’t realize I was doing so many poses incorrectly until Carlos kindly repositioned me. WOW what a difference it makes when you are doing it correctly. I intend on going to this studio regularly.

Yoga with Carlos is SO AWESOME! Why?
+Personalized attention: Carlos is VERY good at focusing on all students and correcting their posture
+Extremely encouraging (and funny): not afraid to push you to do more, but at the same time, understanding if you just want to take a break
+Doesn’t talk all yoga-y: Instead of saying things like «do crane, do warrior, etc.» and expect you to know what to do, Carlos instructs you step by step how to get into the position
+Smaller classes: from 4 – 12 students
+Mixes up the exercises: Aside from the sun salutations, Carlos will switch up and vary the poses class by class, using various props too!
