The owner of this place is rude… and they upcharge the price of stamps… you are better off going to the post office and keeping your sanity and money. All you get here is attitude and high prices. Steer clear.

Too bad Unilocal doesn’t allow you to give zero option. I stopped by this place to drop off package which already had a label and just needed extra tape. Guy at the front was asking me for $ 1 for Tape! Wt? I am not cheap and a dollar is a dollar, but it’s the principle!

The lady was extremely rude and wrote the return address wrong then said she couldn’t change her own mistake. Very expensive. Shipped 3 packages and 1 was lost in the mail. Called and they said there was nothing they could do. Very unhelpful, will never go here again.

This place is awful. Twice I have been told a package was being sent in one manner (UPS/FEDEx) and was charged for it and it turns out it was only sent regular mail, which I could have sent from the post office or even my home. The staff is ridiculous and even the manager seems to have no earthly idea what he’s doing. In fact, he’s the one who «knows» all of the schedules for pickups, yet my packages don’t reach their destinations. It’s a shame that the cash that I sent to my nieces and nephews for Christmas never reached them. I could have just thrown the $ 150 out a window. Will never use again.
