Pro Cut Lawn Care and Landscape

My initial experience with this company was great! They came out, looked at the situation, worked with me on a plan and pricing and executed it well. I was happy… until I noticed a problem.
Since, they have been scalping my lawn, making sure that it kills some of the new sod they put down a few weeks/​months earlier.
If you have a problem with them and need to speak with the owner? Well that’s really where the 1 star came from. He could care less, complaining he didn’t get any time off this summer and when it came to the problem, he basically dumped it back on me saying that trimmings will get in the pool… yeah, NOT THIS BIG… then had the nerve to bill me for it.
Their office people are good and helpful, course that’s not what you’re paying for.
I DO NOT recommend this company.

Absolutely THE worst experience with a lawn care service EVER. Gave a quote on a repair to a sprinkler system and billed three times the quoted amount. Disputed the bill. Five months later still billed the same amount with the lame explanation of «it took more time» for why the bill is higher. Owner Kevin can’t be bothered to show up at the job site or return a phone call. Very sorry we followed a friend’s recommendation to call them. Call ANYBODY else!

Just came home to THE MOST freshly manicured and cleanest lawn I have ever seen… my own! They were super friendly over the phone and came earlier than promised! I’m excited to have found a landscaping maintenance company like them. w00t!
