I was a walk-in client and don’t plan on returning. The staff was not very welcoming and the atmosphere is not attractive. The main reason I won’t return is the lack of hygiene from the un-named nail technician. She wore gloves during my pedicure and them dipped them directly into the community container of sea salt and clay masque.

Update – no appointment, no chance. Understaffed. Great nail salon and I’ve never had a bad manicure or pedicure. The ladies are all so nice! My one qualm is they claim to take walk ins, but more times than not I’ve been sent away and told to come back at another time. Definitely need an appointment.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for over 2 yrs and they are by far the best. Everyone has great attitudes and does an excellent job. I’ve been to other salons in Plano prior to this and I wasn’t impressed. You won’t be disappointed trust me.

This is my hometown nail salon. Tammi who manages this shop and usually does my nails and eyebrows is great. Also Terri takes good care of her clients. I would recommend making an appointment here as lately they have been extremely busy, especially on weekends. But they are clean, sanitary and you can always expect a good spa pedi here. What I love most about the spa pedis here is they rub the hot stones on your legs w/lotion… heaven…and for $ 20 you can’t beat that kind of treatment.
