Charles Shidlofsky treated my husband at Baylor Rehab. We were told there would be NO out of pocket expense beyond what insurance paid him. He continues to send a bill and now submitted my husband’s account to collection. Run, don’t walk away from him and his staff. He hardly spent anytime with my husband in the first place. His staff did all the work and they’re not the eye OD.
