Stager David Jr, MD

I was referred to this group by a friend and it did come with warning. He warned me that the office staff is most unfriendly and there had been flaws in his billings. I can attest to the same problems. The lady at the front has a serious attitude for no apparent reason and just makes you feel uncomfortable asking any question. I recieved an «unpaid» invoice every couple of months for a visit 2 years ago. I have called the office with no response and even have tried to take care of it in the office twice. They don’t know why I keep getting a bill because there is no balance… but yet I keep getting a bill.
I have not seen Dr. Stager Jr I have only seen his partner Dr. Dao. She was a very nice lady and I felt very confident with her and her course of action for my child. But after my last visit when I was put in a room for 57 minutes before I walked out and asked where the dr was I decided that would be my last visit to her. She was having lunch.
I then needed to bring my other child in for a new problem. I decided I would stay here but see Dr. Stager jr. The incredibly rude lady taking my appointment TOLD me what day I’m coming in. I asked what day of the week that was and was 2 months out really the first available day? I then told her what days worked for me and she cut me off to say «Nope he doesn’t work Monday Friday or any day after 3.» Hence why he’s booked for 2 months I assume.
I’m sure they are great doctors and they are good at their jobs but the bottom line is they are not running a professional office by any standards and living in Dallas means there are 100 other doctors out there that can do the same thing… better.

This is an older review. I saw Dr Stager when i was a kid for a severe astigmatism which needed to be corrected with surgery. Its been about 12 years since then and my eye sight has never been better. Thank You!
