since helen, the asian lady who previously owned the star cleaners and moved to «dry clean city» in parker and custer next to neighborhood walmart, the service in star cleaners started going down the drain.
remember, i wrote the quality of service not about the star cleaners owners (they’re nice couple). star cleaners quality of service is poor such as boiler is broken, compressor is not working, same day service turned into two day service, pickup after 5pm turned out to be 6:30pm that i have to come back, giving me different clothes etc. i left and found helen in «dry clean city» next to neighborhood walmart parker and custer, plano. good luck star cleaners and hello dry clean city. check it out for yourselves. you choose and you decide.

Very customer oriented business, good quality and high value.

I can not be more pleased with Star Cleaners and the new management. The new owner (Ranga) is totally committed to making this the place for cleaning and garment repair in the area. He remodeled the front area completely and had been doing the things that you would expect from a business that is here for the long run. My shirts, pants and suits have met the standard that most people would consider high. I have a significant investment in my work clothes and dress clothes so I expect that the cuffs and collars are returned clean and no starch. My dry cleaning must smell clean and look fresh. All of this at a strong competitive price. Right now, Star Cleaners is a big win. Thank you so much Ranga for making sure my good suits were done on the same day even though I dropped them off a bit past the cut off time. You Rock!!!

Quality service at a low cost. I drop off clothing every week; it always turns out great. The gentleman at the front desk is super nice. The business was recently sold and the new owner is already renovating and sprucing up the place. I tried a couple different dry cleaners before this one; other cleaners always use the bait and switch with prices. Here, button down shirts really are $ 1.09.

We send all of our dry cleaning and select laundry here. They’ve done a fantastic job w/​even formal dresses and garments I’m extra sensitive about. My husband’s work shirts and slacks have always come out well. The staff are friendly and really seem to take extra pride in work quality. I haven’t always had the greatest experience with cleaners so have been extra happy to have found this one that I’ve been able to stick with for a long time.

This cleaners is wonderful. I drop off my clothes here every week and my clothes come out PERFECT every time. The people who work here are so friendly. I like how they seem to appreciate me as a returning customer and always seem willing to help resolve any concerns with the clothes. I bring my family’s clothes, comforters, rugs, and laundry here and would highly recommend this cleaners to anyone in the area.

I have only been here once so far, but their prices, friendliness and quality of work are great. I’ll be back for sure.
Update: I’ve now been going here for about 2 years, and they always do great! Also, the price for a shirt laundry is even cheaper ($ 0.99) on Wednesday and Saturday.
