When I came in there were two employees, an older woman and a teenage age boy. Someone was in line first and the teenage boy started making his sand which and I made eye contact with the older woman many times but she started cleaning and kept cleaning. I came in at 7PM and it closes at 10PM so there was no rush to clean. The boy was slow but I assumed he was new but the lady was rude and slow. We tried to use our points to pay for the sandwich to which the woman rolled her eyes and took a while to assist. Then she started at us for most of the time we sat and ate. Very rude and unprofessional staff. There are a lot of Subways in Plano with much nicer staff, go to one of those instead.

I walked in made eye contact, and was subsequently skipped. The staff member started taking the order of the woman behind me. Since I was invisible I walked out. What else can you say?

It’s not the best service and the store is average at best. As others said the employees hate working there and it shows. I’ve had good service in the early morning and sometimes in the evening. It’s subway I am not expecting much as long as the bread is soft and the veggies are fresh. If I want something bland and don’t feel like making anything at home i’ll pick up a sandwich.

Filthy store and rude staff. Subway should not tolerate this. They seemed put out to clean a table for us to sit down and eat. There was no other customers in the place, but we were asking them to do their job. Will not come back here.

Been there several times and the staff is always so rude. I have yet to receive fresh bread it’s always so hard and stale. I’m done with this store. Stay away!!!
