Worst experience ever in a Subway. Two workers whom barely speak English. Using dirty knives to «fold» & cut customers sandwiches. Took me 10 attempts to tell them not to touch my sandwich with a dirty knife. It had dried crusted mayonnaise and I watched it be used twice before with out being cleaned.

This subway is hit or miss. It seems to be directly related to whether or not the manager is there watching over his staff. The seem truly scared of this guy. I will start going to the one off of Jupiter and 14th instead of this place.

Laguna Niguel, CA
Here on business and decided to go here specifically for the $ 5 Footlong special they have all month. I walk in, ask the girl at the counter if ‘every’ footlong is $ 5 and she says ‘yes.’ I order my footlong sandwich and get the meal deal and realize when I get back to my hotel, she charged me $ 6.50 for the footlong rather than the $ 5.00. Granted it’s ‘just’ $ 1.50 ‘loss’ but there is no reason why this should happen. In my opinion, she was just trying to get as much money out of me as possible and that is not good business. I am giving a 1 star because this was outright trying to see if I would catch this and I didnt.
