I have to give this a one-star because of service. I ordered a Ruben today, and the employee barely put any sauerkraut on the sandwich. Since it comes with no other vegetables, I asked for more. She put a tiny bit more. In a very nice tone, I again asked for more. She yanked my sandwich and it partially fell into the tomatoes. She angrily said, «Next time I’ll charge you!» I could not figure out what the big deal was. Sauerkraut is PART of a Ruben. I won’t be going back. Food: good. Service: TERRIBLE. FInd a different Subway.

This location is close to my house and the experience is consistently bad. The only reason I even eat there anymore is because my husband and brother love Subway. Here’s my beef with this place: 1) The employees don’t speak English very well and that presents an obvious communication issue. We’re in the middle of suburbia — how hard is it to find someone that’s fluent? Not only that, there is usually only one person working out front and they’re never friendly. A smile goes a long way. 2) The vegetables are sliced so thin I can see through them. Cheap, cheap, cheap. 3) They are SUPER stingy with the spinach. When I ask for more, they act as if I’m asking for a kidney. When I order a veggie sandwich, I expect it to be filled out with veggies, and not just a hunk of bread. The thing is that I have asked them, on many occasions, to add more spinach. This usually results in them putting two more pieces on my sandwich, no joke. After asking for«a lot of spinach» and going through that several times, I typically give up. Today my sandwich had exactly three pieces of spinach and a request for more resulted in a whopping four more pieces of spinach.

Convenient location, but really tight parking with limited spots. Very noisy, so I could not hear a word that the women making the sub were saying to me. I suspect they couldn’t hear me either since I was having to yell and point for them to understand what I wanted. Also, if you have a homemade stand up sign on the counter advertising specials that are only good at that location on Saturday and Sunday(with the only Saturday and Sunday text in small black letters compared to the $ 5 text in large red letters), take it down during the week instead of suckering people into ordering from it thinking that it is advertising the specials. Order was done right, and it is fast food so I’ll give the 2nd star.

Service is always bad. There’s never enough employees. Plan on waiting in line awhile.

As I get older and maybe a touch healthier in my eating habits, I keep appreciating Subway more and more. The food isn’t amazing or mouthwatering or anything like that, but it is quick, convenient, consistent and pretty healthy. I catch myself eating too much fast food with big orders of fries too often at lunch and Subway is a great option to fill you up quickly without eating junk food. This location is similar to most which is probably a statement in itself as to the relative consistency of Subways. They aren’t all the exact same but are generally similar. Their wrap bread is also good and a way to mix up the basic sandwich choices a little more.

The food is great and reasonably priced. However every time I go to this particular location the service is awful. The last visit was typical. I got there at 8:45 pm. to order late dinner for the family, 4 sandwiches. Only one employee was on the line, because the other employee was preparing to close at…10pm. I was the only customer at first. Another guy came in after me, but he gave up after 10 minutes of the lady trying to fill my order. Most of the ingredients had been put away so she kept having to pull things out or go to the back. One of the 6 inch sandwiches was only 4 inches I found out when I got home. The whole process took 15 minutes. The other employee was busy stacking chips on a shelf while the other customer left because of the long wait.

I love Subway and it’s the best way to go when you’re looking for a cheap, healthy meal. Especially when they have their $ 5 foot long specials — it’s definitely worth it to go here for lunch and save a half for dinner.(BTW: In February they’re doing a promotion. $ 5 foot long for all their subs!!! wahooo) I like all the Subway stores I visit and it’s always great service. I go in, request my sandwich with my choice of bread and veggies and sauces, pay for my sandwich, and I’m outta there. I’d give 5 stars to all Subway stores, but for this place I had to settle for a 4… well really a 3.5 but I was nice to go upward instead of downward. We came here at 9:45pm because we were hungry and we were craving for a Subway sandwich. They close at 10pm, 15minutes til closing. A sandwich takes about 2 minutes to make so we would have been outta there by the lastest, 9:50…but of course the guy has to be a downer and say that they’re already closed. What gives? Don’t they want to make money, especially since they still had enough time to service a couple more customers? I don’t get it — and that made me frustrated(boo). I don’t like it when people slack off like that so next time I’ll do myself(and them) a favor and come earlier — but if I get bad service again, I’ll just update my review and give them 3 stars. Sorry Subway, but I’ll still be loyal to you! Just not at this location.
