Pros: The location of the apartment is good.
Spacious apartments with lot of storage
Maintenance service is prompt
Fairly quiet community.
Decent Management.
Cons: Dog poop.
Our car had break in. management said ‘we have security guards on round at night, if you don’t believe we will have them knock on your door every night’, NEVER EVER have we seen any guard taking round.
Filthy washing area
On our lease end they gave us 3300 $ month to month. really?
*their apartment ratings are quite fake, every time somebody puts in a negative review suddenly from nowhere it gets bombarded with positive reviews…

I lived here for a few years, loved it for its convenient location, great staff, and more affordable pricing (compared to other apartments in the same area that had same square footage for $ 100-​$ 300 more a month). Of course for that price you don’t get marble countertops or fancy schmancy stuff. I didn’t care for that anyways. They did, however, have a fireplace and updated appliances. The maintenance guys were always prompt and helpful. The apartments are kept clean. It is generally quiet. I only left because I moved out of the city.

Have lived here for three years and have enjoyed it. Anytime I need some maintenance done they move pretty quick to make it happen. I was looking for more of a quiet place to live and I have found it to be very quiet. I don’t really use the facilities here too much so I can’t comment on that but other than that it has been a great place to live.
