My husband just had lunch here and halfway through his drink he couldn’t suck on his straw. After opening the cup, he found two plastic bags stuffed in the bottom!!! Are you kidding me??? After calling the manager she got frustrated with him and hung up on him. No concern at all. How disgusting!!!

The staff especially the girls at night have a severe attitude problem. They constantly mess up a simple order then give you drama when you ask nicely for them to fix it. The only reason I come back is because on the weekends they’re open until 4am.

I waited 15 minutes for my order. After watching three or four people behind me get their food and leave, I asked the manager where my order was. She was very rude and disrespectful, asked for my receipt, walked in the back, came back upfront and said the order never made it to her screen.
This is total BS. She cleared the order from the screen didn’t want to take responsibility for her mistake. When I got my food she offered no apologies and I had to ask for my receipt back.
This will obviously be my last visit here.

Clean restaurant and friendly cashiers. My boys and I usually come here after roller skating to get a snack. If you order a pizza it usually takes 6 minutes to make. Its like most Taco bells out there.

I’ve found that Taco Bell varies greatly by location. This is one of those locations to avoid like the plague. 10 years ago or so it was decent but has nose dived since then. I’ve thrown away food that tasted bad and gotten an upset stomach from this one. Stay away.

Slowest Drive Thru EVER!
It took 25 minutes to get through this drive through tonight. They didn’t know what I had ordered when I got to the window and they had one poor kid running back and forth from the window to the far register.
That and they put WAY too many onions on my Enchirtos.
I know now not to stop here on my way to Physical Therapy when I’m in a hurry.

Ditto. Football season has started, so I am working LONG days and LATE nights. I rolled through this drive-​thru the last two nights, and both times the service was fast and friendly, and the nachos absolutely HIT THE SPOT at the end of a long day. I could not ask for more. This location is obviously well-​managed — I have never encountered a staff member that wasn’t on-​the-​money. Thank you!
