I have been a patient of Dr. Frazier’s for over 5 years now. I’ve had an abundance of surgical procedures to aid in pain management. It’s been a very tough journey. Dr. Frazier helped me endure the difficulties. He is ethical, knowledgable, and appeared to sincerely care for his patients. I no longer believe he has any concern for the pain I’m in. I had two 360 spinal fusions in a year. I’ve yet to fuse. I went to him in December 2015 and requested rapid detox from OxyContin and Oxycodone. I was determined to go into 2016 lucid despite the daily physical agony. He fully supported my decision. He was kind and helpful. After my last two visits to his office, I will no longer entrust my well-being to him or his staff. It’s obvious he could care less. He wouldn’t give me 3 minutes of his time to discuss alternative options for my pain or explain to me why he reduced the amount of hydrocodone prescribed. I begged the nurse practitioner to tell me why he was having me take less medicine when I was in agony on the current dose. I’ve never abused the prescribed narcotics, yet that earned me no credibility whatsoever. I inquired about another round of epidural injections and a topical compound. I was told I needed to make another appointment to come back to have those questions answered! I told the nurse that I can’t get through a round of PT without tears. I know I’ll never heal without PT. I just wanted to find out what to do about the pain so that I could do PT to facilitate healing. The nurse practitioner left and sent in a super rude nurse to see me out the door. The entire time that I was begging for a mere 3 minutes of Dr. Fraziers time, I can hear his jovial self in the exam rooms on either side of me. It only added further insult to injury. It’s evident that he has no concern for my well-being. I’d have to say his staff is competent overall. He has an incredible receptionist named Billy; she’s a very kind woman. Dr. Frazier’s head nurse, Morgan, is a remarkable and knowledgable woman. She tolerates no-nonsense and has a gift at running his busy practice without ever becoming emotional. There were 6 months of a lot of frustration with their office for failing to call in prescriptions to the correct pharmacy, update insurance info after numerous times of giving them the info, forgetting to call in an Rx all together, etc. Apparently, this problem has been corrected. I’m really disappointed in how I was treated. I believe the continuity of care with the same doctor promotes healing but I’m moving on. It’s obvious that Dr. Frazier doesn’t value me as a patient of 5 years or a human being in excruciating pain.

My heart is broken. Due to insurance changes as of this year I can no longer see a doctor I have came not only to trust but adore as well. Dr. Fraizer is in a league above all the rest. He has true compassion for his patients, and Dr Fraizer I want to thank you for everything you have done trying to help me have a better quality of life. All I can do is either hope my neck issues will improve, but one thing is for sure. If my insurance changes again I will definitely come back to see Dr. Fraizer!

Great practice! I’ve seen them for a stress fracture in my tibia as well as a very wonky back. My husband went in when he broke his thumb in a running accident. The latter experience really impressed us. When the the doctor came in, he immediately reached out with his left hand to shake my husband’s functional hand — obviously he had read the chart before coming into the room and his simple act of compassion in how he offered to shake hands was memorable.

If this review was for Dr. Lewis Frazier I would have given it a 5 star rating. He is one of the most caring, kind doctors I’ve ever met. He listens to you and spends time finding out what’s your issue. Problem is, he is spending less and less time at his practice and the rude physicians he has hired are less than desired. Dr. Ray is a young, know it all doctor. It his way or the hwy and has NO bedside manner. Dr. Kim, RUN! No bedside manner and another KNOWITALL attitude. Dr. Hamilton seems very quiet and withdrawn and not very sure of himself. He is an ex vet. ?? How do you make that leap to pain management? People if your hurting like I was and have been through your share of nutty pain doctors and are looking for a new home… unless you can see Dr. Frazier I would keep looking. Dr. Frasier will eventually work you over to the other doctors as he shortens his workload.

Second appointment was much better! I sat in the waiting room for 15 minutes this time and the doctor(Eric Ray) saw me quickly. I really think that Dr. Ray is good, I just didn’t appreciate the wait time and the insane fees they want to charge patients if they are late or cancel. So, the stars have been upgraded to reflect the shorter wait time. Was the first appointment a fluke? Got another appointment next week to find out.

I went in to see Dr. John McGarry. He came in the door, asked me to lie down and moved my leg in a few different positions. He then said he thinks I have«patellofemoral». I asked him if that reconciled with the different pains I was having, and I proceeded to explain the different pains. At that point he looked bored and started checking his watch. I had been with him for less than 5 minutes at that point! I saw I wasn’t going to get much time with him so I asked him to at least explain what that was. He quickly did and then got up as if to leave. I pleaded with him to quickly look at my sore thumb and he said«Ask the nurse to book you another appointment». I said, please, I know it’s a very common problem. It’ll take you one minute. He sighed and said«Fine, I’ll look at it for 30 seconds.» I walked out of his office thinking I MIGHT have patellofemoral, but he didn’t explain it so I didn’t trust him. My leg has been sore for 3 months. Finally I went to see another doctor who confirmed that I do have patellofemoral. But the new doctor sat down with me for 15 minutes, explained to me movements that would damage it, exercises to make it better. My knee is now much better. And I think back about my appt with Dr. McGarry and I grind my teeth. Yeah, he correctly diagnosed me — but he is a jerk and will only see you as a $ sign.
