Awful awful customer service! The Grey-​haired man who I suspect is the owner was nothing but rude during the entire time I was shopping in his store. I asked him a few questions about an item and he spoke to me very rudely and acted as though I was disturbing him from his reading material behind the register. There is some great merchandise at Taychen’s but the owner himself is the problem.

The customer service here is terrible. Not only do the people in the store never converse with you, they stand up and continuously stare at you the entire time you’re in the store like they are expecting you to steal something. Being stared at like that is just uncomfortable and makes me not want to go back. You should be a little more inviting if you expect people to actually come in the store and buy something.
