Getting our new home re-keyed and decided on Texas Safe and Lock based on Unilocal reviews. When I called someone answered and it was very easy to make an appointment. I was called when the locksmith was on the way. He re-keyed 5 locks and made 4 keys, I paid extra for the 2 additional keys, in no time at all. Great friendly service and would highly recommend if you want your house re-keyed. I will be using them for other safe/lock needs in the future.

Professional service, on time and reasonably priced (the quoted price is the price that was charged — including the acceptance of credit cards). Service technician drove up in a well marked van and quickly opened my truck door using the tools of the trade. Very friendly dispatcher and technician. Highly recommended.

I just moved into a new home in Wylie and needed my locks re-keyed. I called this company and was happy to be able to understand the man that answered the phone (no accent — gold star) then the tech that showed up also had no accent and got straight to work and did the work at the rate promised over the phone and threw in a couple spare keys. You can’t ask for any more than that. They are prompt and very courteous to boot!

Called them to get 3 locks re-keyed after we purchased our new home. I called around to multiple locksmiths and the other places quoted me much more than this place did, so I hired them. I called around 1pm to make an appointment for sometime that week. One hour later I got a call from a locksmith saying they could be there in 30 minutes. The locksmith came over and did all 3 locks in under 15 minutes. He explained everything very clearly to me. He also fixed the latch on my gate without me even asking!!! That was awesome!
