very Unorganized, very unprofessional, and making a lot of mistakes, it was not for my insurance I would never fill my prescription there. My prescription got ready after a few days with a lot of time, energy, and arguing !

I go in to this Walgreens frequently out of convenience because it’s near my work. I leave frustrated every time and always tell myself maybe the next visit will be better. Nope. I’ll stop coming here. The employees are beyond slow and incompetent. Not to mention the pharmacy staff is incredibly rude. They need to do a rehaul on their staff…

Pharmacy staff incompetent and service is slow. Order never ready when promised and you will get stuck in drive thru with no way of getting out only for them to tell you that your order isn’t ready or that they can’t find it.
This is not the brightest store by dar!

The restroom is filty, duty, nasty, to many people working and no one clean the restrooms, especial the mans restroom

I just have to say this Walgreens store is really great. I just moved to this area and this is the closest pharmacy to me, right around the corner. I am so pleased about this fact after experiencing great customer service here.
Having just moved and dealing with nothing but headaches from the cable company, internet service providers, and what feels like everyone else, I am reminded that customer service is so spotty these days– and in some places nonexistent. Dealing with this pharmacy was a nice welcome break from all of that.
I’m new at my job, and with my benefits, my medical insurance company was quite slow at getting me in their system. (Another sad example of customer service). So, *of course* I had a problem when I presented an Rx here.
The Walgreens pharmacy staff placed numerous calls to the company and to me, letting me know their progress /​status. I was impressed with how they followed up on the matter, instead of ignoring the issue or leaving me to wonder, like I’ve experienced before. They took the care to notify me when it finally went though, and everyone I’ve dealt with here has been nothing but pleasant and professional. Their service was very personalized, and what a glaring contrast between them and my last pharmacy, which reminded me of being at the DMV.
Often, people only report bad experiences with customer service, but I think it’s just as important to report the good ones. There are those that actually deserve our business and others should know about them too :)
Now, if only I could have this kind of experience with an internet provider…

I have been using Walgreens for 1 year now. They have always took a very good amount of time getting prescriptions ready. Usually I’ll go to the doctor’s office and tell them what is wrong, and if I need a prescription My mom and I will go by and pick it up. We are usually in and out in 10 – 15 minutes. While you’re waiting you can do a little shopping. They even have a wall dedicated to travel supplies like 3 oz. bottles of shampoo, small cans of axe spray, travel wipes, and much much more! I recommend this Walgreens a lot! :)

A friend and I were talking about good hygiene and how I carry around floss but she carries around these toothpicks she got from Walgreens. Going to the bathroom after a meal and using floss isn’t the best idea, so she showed me these cute, small toothpicks she uses. We went to Walgreens together to pick up a bag of these awesome picks and now I keep a couple in my make up bag and some at work. It’s definitely a lifesafer to have these around when you KNOW something is stuck but for the life of you, you can’t get it out… and when you can use the toothpick to get that icky mess out of your teeth you feel so accomplished you got it out! haha.. .
I know.. it’s weird to feel so happy and excited about toothpicks but they’re cheap, small, cute, and perfect!
