Last summer our a/​c decided it had had enough. It gave out on us during the hottest time of the year, so we were miserable. After finding Wesley’s ad on Craigslist, I gave him a call to come check out the problem. We live a pretty good drive from Plano, so I was worried we would be out of his service area. Luckily, Wesley had no problem with the distance.
When Wesley arrived, he arrived within five minutes of the time he said he would. Very well dressed — very professional. After running several tests, he unfortunately found that our old compressor had completely gone out.
Our unit was an older r22 compressor and Wesley explained the differences between R22 and R410A — offered a few solutions to our problem, and answered all of our questions.
In the end, we chose to begin the upgrade to our HVAC system, replacing the outside condenser and the indoor coil. As soon as we can afford it, we will be replacing the furnace.
After confirming our plans with Wesley, he arrived again spot on with the appointment time. He placed down drop cloths and took good care, seeing that he left our house at least as clean as he found it. He had our house cooling down QUICKLY in less than four hours! Our air conditioning now runs so much more efficiently, running for shorter periods of time and really doing a great job taking a lot of the moisture out of the humid, Texas summer air.
Wesley is our family’s new air conditioning and heating guy, and I don’t see how anyone else could do a better job than he did.
