If you are looking for the best Orthodontist in the Plano area, look no further. Dr. Tamara Jones and her staff are the perfect team to help you achieve the orthodontic results you desire. She was highly recommended by a business associate, I choose to drive from my community to Plano for her care.
Dr. Jones met with me to discuss my orthodontic situation, offered options, allowed me to process the options and research, answered additional questions via email, and customized my oral care to meet my desired results. The office manager discussed the cost, assisted with filing insurance claims, and managing the payment process for me.
Dr. Jones and her staff continue to exceeded my expectations. I have been under the doctors care since March 2015. They are always positive and happy each time I visit. More remarkable is their respect for your time. Appointments are made at a time that is convenient for you and you will be seen at your appointment time. They work you in when there is a need to be seen right away.
I highly recommend Dr. Jones.
