McDonald’s

This is a terrible McDonald’s… Even though there are two lanes the drive-​thru is super slow… The food was cold and just thrown together… I get it you hate your job, but come on man did you have to put that much ketchup on our burgers…
The staff was not friendly at all… It took way too long to get our food considering this is a fast food joint…

Egg mcmuffins are the best. Healthy real poached egg full of protein with butter and cheese and piece of ham on English mufffins. I eat 3 or 4 in a sitting. I’m trying to gain some weight. Sometimes this McDonald’s can be very annoying when they don’t have the order done and ask you to pull over and wait for them to walk the food out.

Horrible service. Waited 20 minutes for a cup of coffee. Not the first time either. Do not stop here!

Well it’s a McDonalds so we know what it is. This one’s kinda busy, a bit messy. The food is ok, I mean it’s a McDonald’s so you know what you were getting. Nothing outstanding here but we all know that.

Decided to hop off the interstate on the way to Tampa thinking it would be a quick stop at the drive-​thru. Wrong!
Even though it’s just off of I-​4, it’s a pain the butt to get to. The road has a good deal of traffic and there are U-​Turns involved which is never quick or fun.
The drive-​thru is hellishly slow. There are two different drive-​thru lanes and the people in them have no concept of who is to go next which just leaves people cutting each other off left and right.
The food was not hot and it was haphazardly put together. There must have been about two — three tablespoons of ketchup on my burger. Yuck. No napkins in the bag. So, messy food with no napkins. Lovely.
Neither of the people at either of the drive-​thru windows smiled or even so much as said one word.
What I thought would be a quick 10 minute stopped turned into a more than a half hour ordeal. Seriously… it took more than 30 minutes just to get food from the drive-​thru of a FAST FOOD joint.
Never, ever will I stop here again on the way to or from Tampa!

Stopped in the drive thru on the way back to orlando from the amphitheater in Tampa at around 11:50pm tonight. Waited in the drive thru line 15 mins before even giving our order (not unreasonable considering there was a line and lots of people were leaving the concert). After giving our order (chicken nugget meal, jalapeño burger meal, onion burger) we waited 14 minutes to pay! Then another 8 before receiving the food. Received food (which was cold) but not any ketchup or sauce for the nuggets which they specifically asked about. Fiancé goes in to get some for me and everyone inside has been waiting the same amount of time we have (a woman we saw go inside when we pulled up was just getting her food). Took a couple minutes to get the attention of the manager who was working the window to ask for sauce. Not one of the employees said Hello, thank you or even were personable the entire 40 mins we were there, including the manager. In fact he basically threw the food out the window to us. I would avoid if there was any option at all!

Really bad service and terrible drive through. Sorry not sorry, this is a terrible place to go. If you want to waste 45 minutes of your time come to this location.

Not too bad of a McD in my opinion. We came in around 6 AM and the service was quick and courteous.

Slow service. Dirty floors. Dirty tables. Dirty drink bar. Cashiers spend more time fraternizing with friends than attending to the growing line of customers. And if someone doesn’t turn off that fry alarm… Great parking lot though. Nice trees.

Even though I am deathly afraid of clowns, I have always had a deep love for Ronald McDonald and his golden arches. Some of my finest memories took place at McDonald’s, from frolicking in the ball pits at childhood birthday parties, to drunken drive-​thru visits after a night out at the bars in college. No matter what, Ronald is always there for me. So one day when I found myself in Plant City, I was feeling a bit parched. I decided to swing my trusty ’89 Volvo 740GL Station Wagon into the drive-​thru line and take advantage of their $ 1 drinks. I entered the drive-​thru line (which is a double line, by the way) at approximately 3:30 P.M., and I left the drive-​thru line at 3:50 P.M. Yes, it took me over 20 minutes to inch my way toward the ordering screen, place my order for a single diet coke, inch my way toward window one to pay and ultimately end my drive-​thru journey at window two to retrieve my drink. If I wasn’t suffering from such a severe case of dry mouth, I would have given up after five minutes. This was actually my second time visiting this McDonald’s, and the first time had a long wait as well… but not 20 minutes long. This McDonald’s has some serious work to do to speed up their service. If it was this bad at 3:30, I can’t imagine what the line is like at noon. And I don’t plan on finding out.

The food is classic. I think you know what they have. This review is for the staff and the location. The staff is not as friendly as they can be, but I don’t think anyone goes to McDonalds for the staff. The location was recently remodeled and is very nice. I would double check my order if I went through the drive.
