Horrible. If I could I would give zero stars. My phone glass completely shattered on my brand new iPhone after they told me their protective glass was shatter proof. My phone broke but their glass protector was scratch free. Then I call they tell me to come in to the store just to tell me no returns just exchanges. Biggest waste of money. They directed me to their website to contact corporate about getting my 47 $ back and their whole website said coming soon with no information. Waste of money and time and now I’m paying 200 $ to replace my phone

Horrible service! We were told it would be about a one hour wait to fix the power button on a phone. No problem. After about an hour and fifteen minutes, we swing by to pick up the phone only to have the technician rudely tell us it would be at least another hour. He appeared to be agitated that we would even dare come by to pick up the phone shortly after the time he said it would be ready. Given the fact the phone was already open, we waited the second hour. When he rang us up, he initially charged a higher fee than was quoted which we had to contest. At least they fixed that part. I say this because when I arrived home with the phone I realized that, in fixing the power button, they somehow messed up the silent switch. I had to open up the phone to fix that myself, and when I did, I also noticed there were parts missing in the phone. Not only did they take longer than quoted and have a bad attitude about it, but they didn’t even do a good job at fixing the phone. In fact, I left with less of a phone than I came in with. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone for any reason.

Great service, prices and very knowledgable about all of their products and my phone. They even let me try my phone out in different cases!
