Cover Me Suite & Spa

This is the worst «spa» I have ever been to. For starters, she showed up ½ late with no apology. I had to wait in a waiting area of the building. This is NOT a spa. It is a room in a building that is not nice. There is no license on the wall so who knows if this person is even licensed. I was supposed to have a foot reflexology but it was more a foot massage. At that point, I didn’t care. I just wanted to get out of there as fast as I could.

I had a 1pm mani/​pedi appointment, and I arrived 15 minutes early. I texted the contact, upon my arrival. After no reply, I wandered the hallways to look for the Suite. I found the Suite, door locked, no lights. A text reply came back «112, Ok im picking up my kids from school.15 minute.» 35 minutes later, I finally left at 1:40 pm, texting her that its been more than that waiting. She texted me back:
«THERE WILL BE A RESCHEDULING FEE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT.»

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I bought a Groupon for a mani/​pedi thinking it was a good deal, what a mistake. First of all it was really complicated to make an appointment, nobody answers the phone, I sent a text message and got a reply 2 hours later, by that time I had figured I would try to make the appointment online, so I booked a slot at 5:30 pm. I got there at 5:10, the «spa» door was closed, I knocked and nobody answered, I waited until 5:30, 5:40… I tried to call no answer, sent a text mssg no answer. Nobody ever came. I waited more than 15 min and I left very upset. I lost my time and my money. Very unprofessional

This was my worst experience ever of getting my nails done. The young lady Missy is really unprofessional and like to charge you for her mistakes. I went here for a gel mani and pedi and I regret going. My appointment was at 6pm so I arrived a little early, but she didn’t start until 7:30 so finally when I do get called in the room there’s no apology for the wait or anything from. She messed up on my nails and wanted to charge me to fix her mistakes also the next day the polish was coming off of my feet & nails and I know gel last longer then a day, but to make a long story short from this bad experience if you want good quality service I recommend you to not go here if I could give a zero star I would. YOU COULDN’T PAY ME TO GO BACK

My frugal self decided it was time to indulge in another Groupon special. Luckily, the deal led me to Cover Me Suite & Spa. Although I wasn’t that lucky trying to find this hidden gem! First off, let’s start by saying its call Phoenix Spa on the outside just so you don’t drive around for 10 minutes in complete confusion. Upon arrival your going to walk into a place with no reception and its kind of like find Waldo! Anyways, I walked to the right and all the way to the back and found just what I was looking for! I open the door and met Missey. Even though I was a bit flustered upon my arrival, Missey didn’t let me skip a beat. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I opened the door. She is a very easy going and a very heartfelt human being. Her service excels any salon place I’ve ever been to! She even help me find the right nails to match my outing! My manicure and pedicure came out beautiful! I adore them! The nail polish is of great quality. Not a scratch nor a mistake was made by Missey. She did a wonderful job. I couldn’t thank her enough for her great services! The suite is small and meant for 1 nail appointment at a time. Missey has great expectations to grow and I will send all my blessings her way! Best of luck!
