I had a horrible customer service experience at this location. I tried using a coupon I purchased from a local middle school fundraiser and the manager would not accept it. Instead she tried to up sell me to puchase 2 dozen donuts. I asked for the owner’s name. The manager told me there wasn’t an owner and I should look info on receipt. Now mind you I don’t have a receipt because I didn’t make a purchase. I left a message for corporate. A rep called me and said owner would call me. That hasn’t happened. It’s very sad that a local business would not honor a coupon which they agreed to and would help a local school. Also sad when manager lied and said no owner of store. A new dunkin donuts has just opened two blocks away on Sunrise. I’ll now give them my business.

I will never understand, if you don’t want to work somewhere then don’t work there. There are plenty of people that would be happy to take over your job and do it with a smile. I understand this is not Starbucks and I don’t expect to get Starbucks-like service here but if you never say«please» or «thank you» and roll your eyes if I ask you a legitimate question then what the hell are you doing working in CUSTOMERSERVICE?!
