My grandchildren sent me an arrangement for mothers day. It didn’t arrive until after 7pm on Mothers Day & it looked like they collected their leftover flowers & put them in a vase. Very disappointed & feel like my grandchildren over paid & were taken for a ride.

The worst. Bad Attitude, horrible service. I picked up flowers and we mistakenly picked designers choice and they used cheap flowers.

I’d give them a zero if I could. My son ordered flowers for me for Mother’s Day. FTD told him they had been delivered Saturday. They had not. We left our house Sunday morning at 9 am, and they still had not been delivered, but told FTD they did. Got home today and they were sitting in front of our door. :(:(:(:(Not even very pretty, but may be due to sitting all day/night yesterday. I certainly won’t use them.

Please see pictures attached. They were taken less than an hour of receiving the flowers. I first received a delivery of tulips, they were wilted and looked nothing like the picture that they were supposed to look like. We called and they were exchanged. The new flowers were supposed to be lavender roses. Instead, they’re pink and look like they’re dying, the outer edges are brown, curled, and the pedals are about to fall off. I called to complain. I was yelled at, told to go have my own flower shop and I was hung up on. Terrible, Terrible service. I have an entire office of people here with me, that have witnessed this and will not use this particular florist. One of my co-workers said this is disgraceful. I wouldn’t even rate this service with one star, but because the app doesn’t allow me to go further without a rating, I have to add one star.

I’m the second person to write a review in five months regarding this business not delivering flowers.(See Shannon C.‘s review below). It is also after 8:00 p.m. and the flowers I ordered in the morning have not been delivered yet. I called to confirm before placing the order that the arrangement would be delivered today. After 5:00 p.m. I called again and they assured me they were out for delivery. It’s 8:15 p.m. right now and the flowers have not arrived. It’s your choice, but I wouldn’t recommend using this business.

I came in with no appointment, I didn’t even call in advance. I just walked in and Monica treatment me like family from the start. The service was excellent and the finished product was just as excellent. The price was fair, better than 1−800-flowers in fact. I got an arrangement for my wife’s birthday. The arrangement was beautiful and my wife was very happy with them. These are not your usual roses these are exotic flowers like the name says. I will use exotic flowers for all my floral needs. And I will recommend this shop to anyone that is looking for exotic flowers to show express a particular sentiment. This is place is great and the owner Monica is wonderful. If you haven’t guessed by now, I love this place. Why settle for average and cliché when you can be exotic?

I received a very expensive bouquet for Valentines Day 2014 — the flowers were delivered very late in the day and many of the stems were broken. The flowers literally lasted 2 days! Do not use this florist their flowers are not fresh and the delivery person couldn’t care less about getting them to you in one piece.

It is 8:15pm on Mother’s Day and neither Mother has received anything! I ordered two $ 60 bouquets on Friday morning at 10am. I received an email confirmation for my order, to be delivered in two days, Mother’s Day. When, as of 3pm today nothing had arrived, i called the shop, where I was assured they were on the way. The woman I spoke to said she even remembered the name of one of the receipient’s and«knew» it was on it’s way. I called the shop back at 5:10pm and no answer and no one has picked up again. No flower’s! DONOTUSETHISPLACE! Horrible customer service.
