Dr. Abae is a crook. Beware! He over charged me for a procedure then charged my insurance compnay. His receptionist, Denise made a mistake and Luz Maldanado, client liason, acknowledged this but still charged me $ 25 for their mistake after charging my insurance company over $ 1,000! Robbers!!! Beware!!!

Our first appointment was great, the doctor DR. Abae is really thorough, professional, and nice. Our second appointment for a test didn’t go as well. Had an appointment for 8am set up by Denise but when I arrived told that there was no appointment set up for me. Luckily I had my appointment card which Denise herself had given me on my first visit. She simply told me that it must have been a computer glitch but would now have to wait to see the doctor for my test & that it would probably be an hour. She said that appointments are set up 2 at a time and 6 people were behind me(he starts seeing patients at 7:30am) so between 7:30−8 he sees 6 people? She then switched her story said I did have an appointment but I would simply have to wait until about 10. I am extremely disappointed with her service and disrespect for my time. I will defiantly voice my experience with the doctor. When I finally did see the doctor for my appointment all went well from that point on. The nurses who work with the doctor Roberta & Maria are really sweet & thorough at their jobs.

I have never had such poor and unprofessional customer service at a up scale clinic before. I had such a hard time trying to make an appointment. I will take my business some where else. There are two receptionists there who are very rude to me when I called to make an appointment. I was told to fax my referral, which I did, and when I called back to make my appointment, I wasn’t able to. Their excuses were oh the fax machine is in the back so I can’t get your fax right now but we will call you once we get to it. I still have not yet receive a phone call to make my appointment. I didn’t mine waiting for a phone call but it was the way the receptionists spoke to me. They spoke in a very rude matter with attitude like I was wasting their time by calling for an appointment. These receptionists should take a class on how to talk to people with respect!
