Great facility to prep for hitting the slopes while still in sunny and warm Florida.
Can be used many ways, as a beginner to get the basics down which will accelerate the learning curve when you hit the MT, to hone your existing skills, or as a workout to shake those cobwebs off your thighs. Squats and lunges just don’t quite replicate the muscles used to ski and board… this does. I went for conditioning and am heading back for more.
Mark knows his stuff and has an infectious enthusiasm for the sport.
