This store is sub-​par coffee frappé was very diluted. Too much ice too much milk. This is the second time I’ve had this drink from the same server. No improvement. The same drink at Sawgrass Haagen Daz is much better…

Just visited the Dazs for the first time. My classmates thought it would be a good idea to go on break and visit for free ice cream day.
Soo we stood in line and the teenage associates proceeded to yell at all the customers as they stood quietly in line. They screamed at the top of their lungs «WHAT DO YOU WANT» «TELL US WHAT YOU WANT»!! No greeting.
Me: Um why are you yelling?
Associate: «I JUST WANT TO GET YOUR CONE! TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT!»
Everyone looked around dazed and confused as to why the screaming and why was the line disregarded. I went and gave Cinnabon my money.
First and last visit at this location. Free ice cream isn’t worth the embarrassment.

My wife and I arrived at the location at about 7:30 PM to get our free ice cream cone. The line was all the way back to Wendy’s. However, it went very quickly, and when we got to the front of the line there was no yelling or rudeness as the other reviewer was saying. The employees were rather pleasant considering that they had been dishing out free ice cream for nearly 4 hours straight.
We both asked for Belgian chocolate-​our favorite. I noticed the tip jar on the counter, and made it a point to put a dollar in and let them all know that they deserve the tip. They were all very appreciative, and to my surprise I even got an extra scoop of ice cream. I guess being nice pays off, huh?
I have been to this location on several other occasions, and the help here is always friendly and accommodating. Considering that it’s in the mall I’m sure they deal with all sorts of people, so free ice cream day must be crazy and chaotic for them. I know if I worked here, I would probably call in sick on that day. LOL
