Theresa is awesome, super nice and always a smile on her face, the whole staff Is super friendly and your order comes out quick and correct! Love this place especially since their new move, the place looks beautiful!

BUGS!!! Halfway through the meal we noticed tiny bugs all over the table. Pointed out to waitress who seemed to act like this was no big deal and said, «oh those are just sugar ants in the syrup.» They were not ants. We left immediately.

I find this iHop pretty consistantly good with anything we order. The staff is friendly an attentive. Mary is our fav.

In all honesty! This has got to be the absolute worse IHOP I’ve EVER been 2. I always order the same dishes anytime I go to IHOP… (Orange Juice, 3 pancakes, 2 eggs, & hash browns) My eggs were extremely over cooked, my hash browns were hard so I spit majority of it back on the plate, and my absolutely FAV (pancakes) weren’t thoroughly cooked on the inside but they were crispy and dark brown on the outside… I’d totally prefer to give this IHOP zero stars but I can’t due to the customer service Alex was providing. Alex seemed to be working by himself although there was another woman waitress there that I noticed kept sitting down chatting with her friends or whom ever they were (maybe she was on a break) Alex handled things to the best of his ability. I noticed he was the only one taking orders & checking on customers. There were a lot of mess ups by tge cook yesterday & Alex dealt with unhappy customers well.
So I only give this IHOP 2 stars because of Alex. If it wasn’t for him this IHOP wouldn’t get any stars & I also would have did more than complain about the food (my pancakes specifically).
Althougg tge food was nasty… I still paid my $ 18 bill… actually… idk why my food was a little more expensive cause I went to IHOP in Jupiter today & ordered the exact food I ordered here and it was only $ 15…
Thanks for your customer service Alex. You were welcoming, & seemed to be genuine.
When I come back to vist… I def won’t be coming back to this IHOP for the food…
Oh The Orange Juice was. Really good.
