For some reason I thought I had completed this review as I come in here so much. I am in about every 2 weeks. I get acrylics and pedicures. Their prices are SOOOO reasonable. I have never walked out spending more than $ 50. They have a variety of colors to choose from. I think their shellac/gel color choices are even greater! The location is small but comfortable and they keep it clean. I always see them sanitizing tools. The employees are so nice and whenever I am in, everyone is having a great time. The owners are SO nice and welcoming. I only let Tony do my nails because he does such a great job and I am just too attached to try anyone else. I have gotten pedicures by everyone and they are always great! Definitely make an appointment because they can get very busy. Im about due for a fill, so I will see you guys soon!

So warrants and updated review seeing how I have been coming here for over a year! I know what I like and when someone can deliver exactly how I like my nails and feet I become very loyal! I refuse to go anywhere else because I love this nail shop so much. Tony does my pink and white. Luanne his wife is also amazing and she is the sweetest. Tony is fun with such a great personality and really appreciates every one of his clients. I had mentioned that I had gotten a «Jelly» pedicure at another shop and how much I enjoyed it. Tony & Luanne got it in to try and they both liked it so now they have it when I come in. It’s amazing for stressed feet, sore muscles, excellent hydration and I love that my feet stay soft for up to a month. Today during my visit they mentioned some other new products and services they might offer. They stay on top of new products, services, and trends. Kevin does my pedicures and he does a fabulous job! My wonderful nail shop, thanks for keeping me happy always! Your the BEST!

I will not be returning to this salon I went in for a polish change because I was in desperate need to have my nails painted but I almost walked back out. This place is filthy and unsanitary, thank god I didn’t get any thing else other than a polish change. Be aware of what the techs are doing as they do your nails, it would be sad for someone to get a fungus

I live very close by, so when I moved close, I tried it out. Small store, but roomy. My nails turned out good, but I do not go there anymore; the guy with the dog is very very weird. I’ve been there like 5 times and he’s done them every time. Very weird conversations with him, won’t even write them down. He scared me away. Even my parents when I brought them in individually for a gift.

I wish I had seen the ladies comments about the employees of Lilly’s nails not being comfortable with serving African Americans, before booking my first appointment. The first time I came to their salon as a walk in on a slow day and the owner tony did my manicure and pedicure. I was very pleased with the service left a 20% tip and thought everything was fine. Shortly after I noticed every time I tried to make an appointment with Tony they would tell me he was busy. Even if I came in as a walk in he would always have customers so I assumed what they were telling me was true, he’s always booked. Even though I could not get an appointment with Tony I would go to other nail techs, but was as satisfied with the finished result. So I would still try to book with Tony So finally I called today to see if Tony had an appointment anytime today, and the person who was making the apt said he was all booked for the day. Then I asked for his next open appointment anytime, and after he spoke to Tony he said no time soon. Then his wife came on the phone and accused me of missing appointments, which I had not, and then proceeded to say that he only does acrylics, which is untrue. I don’t know if it is racism or just horrible customer service. However in the short time that I have been going there I have noticed a distinct difference in the standard of care provided to me as opposed to how they treat their non-black patrons. It was only after going on Unilocal that I noticed a trend of similar behavior towards black patrons, and thought it would be beneficial to lend my voice and my experiences.

My daughter and I couldn’t go to our usual place so we decided to go here because it was down the street from our house. We got there and we were barely recognized upon entering the door. Everyone went on doing exactly what they were doing, that expect for the dog who hung around our legs and greeted us. After sitting there for twenty minutes without being recognized another customer walked in, she was promptly greeted and asked if she had an appointment to which she said no. As my daughter and I still went unnoticed at this time, we thought she would join the process but that was clearly not the case. She was then asked to choose a polish and taken to a table within four minutes of coming through the door. Several other persons entered the salon and were given similar treatment, «pampered and rushed to there tables to be dolled up». After waiting an hour and ten minutes my daughter and I started to realize there was a pattern which became clear to us when we noticed we were the only African Americans in the salon and all the people who were seen before us were white. I asked one of the guys as he approached the waiting area, to escort yet another person who had just yet entered the salon to a table, how much longer it would be. After being informed it’d be a few more minutes, we sat for another ten minutes then gathered our things to leave. As we walked towards the door, most of the consultants looked up from their chairs but did not make an effort to stop us from leaving even though I made it clear in my attitude that I was leaving and disgruntled. Maybe you should put a sign«African Americans Will Be Ignored». We visited the salon on 10÷5÷2014.

Tony made my day with how well He did my nails and his personality! The gel is done well with no overlap onto my cuticle that might cause it to peel. He takes his time and does good work! My thumb was nicked by the uv light machine and he buffed it down and painted over it instead of the lazy way of using acetone to smooth it. Once it set, it is a little Ripley but not bad. Because this was my first time at this particular salon I asked Tony about how they clean their equipment. Out explained it to me and showed me. He then told me «You can but your own manicure set here.» They will put your name on it and you can leave it at the salon or take it with you and bring it with when you come back. No other salon has ever offered this service. I appreciated that! When I first arrived I was almost turned away because it is a little cluttered and could use a sweeping but they are remodeling so I will give them a pass on that until next time! I will definitely be back here for my next gel set and pedicure

Came here for the first time today, on a Friday at about 1 pm. There was no wait for a fill(which cost $ 16) by the way. The staff was welcoming and the décor was very nice. The nail tech I had was named BuBu and the was very nice.

If you want a quick mani/pedi with no massaging of your hands/feet and a grunting man that clearly doesn’t want to be doing your nails, this is your place. I came here because it is down the street from my house and didn’t have time to make an appt at my usual place. Well I’ve learned my lesson & I won’t be doing that again. The man that did my nails rushed through the entire process. I basically paid $ 35 for someone to paint my nails. Needless to say I will be spending my money elsewhere next time.

I went on a Sunday morning; right when they opened at 11am. The nail salon is located in a busy Publix plaza, so you may have to park a little bit away. All the nail technicians were busy with their clients, but I was able to get my nails/toes done by Kim. She was really kind and took her time with my mani/pedi. I was indecisive and she helped me pick a color — OPI Kiss Me I’m Brazilian. The prices are about as average as most nail salons in the area. A regular mani/pedi is $ 30. The salon is pretty clean, but I would suggest they redo their pedi chairs, the material is wearing down. I will be making an appointment with Kim in the near future. And apportionment isn’t required but I would suggest making one if your planning on going during the weekend.
