I bought a piece of furniture from them. It arrived damaged and they refused to take it back. They kept sending the same email over and over again which told me I needed a serial number for a return. The furniture had no serial number, when I offered a model number they said a serial number was needed. Horrible customer service.

Do not do business with OJ Commerce. I ordered an end table through Amazon. When it arrived I decided I didn’t have room for it and returned the package unopened. The customer service was pathetic. They charged a 30% «restocking» fee which was nothing more than theft. Lesson learned.

The issue I have is when you order any of their products through Walmart. OJ Commerce was helpless finding my order the next day when I wanted to cancel it. I spoke to several people, finally someone said just reject the package!!! Ok right, I’m going to sit around waiting all day. No tracking number was received nothing. So the package arrived and now I have to pay 30% restocking fee. Manager I spoke with was useless and acted like I’m supposed know how to find my order. Did you call Walmart? What time did you order it? I DO NOT CARE. I have a order number that is your number, you find it! Anyway, there is a reason they have one star.

Do not buy anything from this company. Products are poor quality and often defective. They will not allow you to return anything without paying a 30% restocking fee, even if the item is defective. I guess they restock the (defective) item only to sell it to another unsuspecting customer. The worst customer service ever!

I wish I would have checked this company out before purchasing from them. I’ll echo all the one star reviews listed here. Absolutely the worst customer service (if you can call it that) experience I’ve ever had. They send you damaged and defective products and then penalize the customer with a return shipping cost and a 30% restocking fee for their mistake. Such a scam. This, after an impersonal digital ticketing process and automated and repetitive email responses. I guess they’re banking on the fact that you’ll give up due to frustration and return costs, but I will never buy from them again.

I purchased a Halifax Cabinet from O.J. Commerce through Amazon. In my 10 years of shopping with Amazon, this product and this company is by far the worst I have ever seen.
Despite the negative reviews on the poor instructions and complicated assembly process, I purchased the product for use by my Legal Secretary — BAD MISTAKE! The directions were nearly incomprehensible. My office staff spent well over 2 ½ hours assembling this item, only to discover it was defective. Two of the drawers would not open and the wheels on one of the drawers was out of round (maybe causing one of the drawers not to open). My staff then spent another hour disassembly and packing for return.
Upon submitting the return request, instead receiving the mailing label like I normally do with an Amazon return, I got hit with a barrage of requests for detailed information, pictures and even a control number. The questions & requested information were excessive and unreasonable. The request for a control number was the final straw. Their inadequate inventory control system, where they did not know which product was sold to which customer, was certainly not my problem!
At this point I had over 4 hours of staff time dealing with this defective product, and dealing with this horrible company. I made the decision that it was not worth any additional time & expense dealing with this product or company. The product is now in the dumpster!
I suppose I am most disappointed with Amazon. Throughout the years I have had excellent products and service through Amazon. I have been a loyal Amazon customer since 2005. Last year I spent well over $ 10,000 on Amazon products for both my business and personal use. The vast majority of my purchasing is from Amazon & Costco. Both retailers offer great value and most importantly, convenient return policies.
It now appears that that Amazon has fallen down on their supplier quality control vetting process. It is disappointing and I will take a harder look at purchasing items from Amazon.

I told my son too bad nothing for Christmas this year? Thank you guys at OJ Commerce
DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! SCAM CITY!!!
They sent 2 bikes to me after one was mistakenly ordered!!! this now will cost me $ 130.00 for a $ 190.00 Bike. (Or a $ 180.00 bike for $ 320.00? how ever you want to look at it!)
Accidently ordered a second bike while trying to show my wife a picture of what I bought for my daughter.
I tried to Email and call to cancel, but they were closed and there was no way to leave a message!
FYI: This happened at 9PM Pacific Standard time I called at 10:00PM PST, this apparently was too late and not done the same business day, due to time difference??? the order was already pulled off the shelf. (Funny, they pulled it off the shelf and processed the order already? little hard to do when they were closed???)
To Return I have to pay for shipping and a 30% restock fee roughly a $ 130.00
AGAIN THEY DO NOT CARE

Ordered through Amazon and mistakenly added to my cart twice. Cancelled immediately and was told it already shipped. They are charging me a 30% restocking fee (about $ 80) for an unopened, unused item! I’ll gladly pay return shipping for my ordering mistake but a restocking fee for an item that doesn’t have to be repackages is a money-​grab policy that is not consumer friendly! If it wasn’t ‘cutting off my nose to spite my face’ I would return both items and purchase elsewhere just to refuse to do business with OJ Commerce!

oj commerce online is a scam, i placed and order 30 days ago, they
accepted the order even though it was on back order til november 22, call 2weeks later for a refund, oj commerce tells me to call walmart
and walmart tell me to call oj comerence, theyve had my 200 for 45days
never recived a call or email

This is BY FAR the most horrible company I have EVER dealt with, online or otherwise. I ordered a desk through amazon to be sent through OJ Commerce, and I received the wrong item not only once, but twice. It was almost 2 months ago when I first ordered the desk. As I write this, I am on hold with Amazon after receiving an email saying that OJ Commerce told amazon they had someone try to pick up the items twice in the last 2 days. They told me someone would come yesterday — they never did. Their email to Amazon was a bald faced lie, as I have been home for the last two days working, waiting for them to pick up their wrong items so I can get my refund. They ignore my attempts to ask about this issue, again and again. They do everything they can to skirt the issue and avoid giving me my almost $ 400 refund. If you know what is good for you, NEVER purchase anything from OJ Commerce. They are liars and thoroughly incompetent. Shame on you, OJ Commerce.

I ordered a barstool which was a completely different shade of white than others made by the same manufacturer also listed as white. I initiated a return and ordered different barstool. When I went to disassemble the chair, it would not come apart. I screwed it together myself, so I know it should. I called the 2 strongest guys I know to help, no luck. I called the manufacturer twice to see if I was doing it wrong, no luck. OJ Commerce will only allow me to ship it back disassembled.
IF AN ITEM IS MADE TO BE DISSASSEMBLED, IT IS JUST AS DEFECTIVE IF YOU CANNOT DISASSEMBLE IT AS IT IS IF YOU CANNOT ASSEMBLE IT!
What was even worse though, is that they do not answer the phone if you press the button to indicate that you are calling about a return. I tried several times. I had to press the button indicating that I wanted to buy something to backdoor my way in. After 6 TRIES to get ahold of a supervisor (apparently they are always «in meetings») and being put into voicemail, someone finally called me back to say they would send me a video on how to disassemble. Of course they never did. Now I am stuck with a $ 100 chair after hours of frustration in dealing with this obnoxious company.

People, It was CHEAP PLASTIC! not STAINLESS STEEL as the product description and Manufacturer’s description says. Returning it is the most painful thing i have ever done. They charge you 30% re-​stocking fee for cheating and selling you what they claim is a Stainless Steel «colored» product and shipping’s on you! They told me that in the product description under «color» it says, «stainless steel» when all you see when you click on the product, it being described as stainless steel all over the place. And I would like to know in which world, grey is stainless steel. I guess grey is the new stainless steel for this company.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with, hands down. Withheld $ 300, would not answer my calls nor return them. Told me a «supervisor» would call me back that never did. Had to initiate Amazon investigation because OJ Commerce is so bad at communication. USE ANOTHER SELLER. IT’S NOT WORTH THE ISSUES YOU WILL FACE!

I ordered the Pulaski Selma Panel Linen Headboard, King size via my Amazon prime membership. I wish I would have logged on Unilocal first because apparently I am not the only one to have trouble via Amazon dealing with this vendor! Amazon would not approve my review and I felt like other consumers have a right to know what to expect so I started searching!
Buyer beware!!! My headboard arrived damaged on the backside and I could not get to a human person to discuss the issue for over two days. All contact is automated. When I did reach a human, I discovered according to the fine print they will not refund you via OJ Commerce. They charge a 30% restocking fee and the consumer must pay shipping to return. I paid $ 185 for the headboard & was offered $ 126 plus I would personally have to pay to ship a king headboard back to them! All for the pleasure of receiving a damaged headboard!!!
I was leaving for vacation the week after they wanted to play this «game» of exchange (I need to wait during a ten day window for Fed Ex to pick up the damaged headboard and they couldn’t guarantee delivery date for the new headboard or require signing for delivery) so I wouldn’t have to go through this process again. I attempted to negotiate accepting some type of discount, heck I would have settled for $ 40 to keep the damaged headboard. I think it’s bad business to expect a customer to pay full price for something they received that is suppose to be brand new and is damaged before they even use it! I would think that would be smart business on their part to settle so they don’t have to pay shipping on both ends to replace.
My only other option I was offered was I could keep the damaged headboard with a 10% credit or basically submit to this refund exchange 10 day vague window.
Other people on Amazon reviewed this headboard and raved about how inexpensive it was and still had such quality.
Yeah, it is cheaper than Pottery Barn, but there clearly is a reason. The customer service if there is indeed a problem is a mess along with their policies in place! Disappointed. I would not do business with OJ Commerce ever again!

DO NOT BUY from this company. I ordered a charcoal grill instead of a gas grill by mistake on Amazon. The grill was $ 164.00 & they charged me 30% restocking fee. I was refunded $ 114.00 of my $ 164.00. DO NOT BUY from this company! They deserve zero stars.

I bought a bike from amazon and they send me the wrong item. I made the complain but they haven answer yet.

Five days ago I ordered set of 2 chairs (exactly name on Amazon, which still remains same is «Flash Furniture CH-​92 023−1-ORG-GG Contemporary Orange Vinyl Adjustable Height Bar Stool with Chrome Base, Set of 2»).
