Panera Bread

6÷18÷2016 — Came here for breakfast but they only offer the breakfast sandwiches until 11am and it was 11:30am. I was still in the mood for breakfast so I looked around their pastry case and saw some delicious looking egg soufflés. The one that caught my eye was the spinach, mushroom, tomato soufflé. I ordered it and a power smoothie. I had a $ 10.00 gift card and it all came out to $ 9 and change. I really liked that they heated up the soufflé.
This particular Panera store is very nice, the way that it is set up. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Typical panera bread but super cold inside! Bring a sweater… lol Everyone is very nice, service was fast and they delivered your meal to your table. Great space to study for sure!

I used to order from here a lot. Last time I ordered breakfast, there was a piece of paper cooked in my sandwich. I emailed the store and got no response. I understand mistakes happen, but it’s crazy they ignored the issue. I obviously felt uncomfortable eating the sandwich after I found the paper. I just want a refund, forget the fact that this was completely unsanitary and rather troubling to see. I’m left asking what else could happen?

My gosh… talk about excellent customer service. This Panera Bread location is exceptionally amazing simply because of the manager! Every time I come in she is always catering to every customer, picking up trays, taking trash out being a team player. This is the type of manger I would work for! The type of manager I would come back to this location In particular for! Panera Bread is fortunate to have a leader like her! Her name is Lisa. Thank you Lisa

Yum! I always love coming here. It’s always clean and the people are super friendly! I love their salads and my fave is the green tea. Who wants to me up for breakfast tomorrow?!

Usually every Panera Bread location is the same however I must say that this location is different. It’s very spacious and there are so many tables to choose from. I went at lunch time and there was ample room to sit plus my sandwich came quickly and taste delicious as usual. Highly recommend this location is your looking for a quiet place have a meeting or get some work done while you eat.

This Panera location might be the best I have ever visited. Usually most franchises are pretty similar but this location has something special about it.
Everything is bigger. The dining area is double the size compared to the Boca location. The food serving are double the size too.
I ordered the creamy tomato soup bowl and was pleasantly surprised that compared to Boca it was a bigger serving and much more tastier. Similarly the tuna sandwich was much better too. I just think the Boca location on military the management doesn’t care and the owner at this location has put much more emphasis on serving a better Panera product instead of focusing on profits.
If you are near the sawgrass area and want a bite to eat I would recommend this location with a 5 star rating.

I have to commend this Panera, they really went out of the way for me and it needs to be recognized. The manager really helped me out in a bind.
I had ordered food for a work lunch from some restaurant recommended but the day of the lunch they couldn’t deliver the food until 1:30 for what was supposed to be an 11:45 lunch.
I Unilocaled the closest panera and went in there needing 10 sandwiches. They usually have you order from catering but they really did accommodate me with chips and sandwiches and even put plates and napkins. I was so grateful and I definitely think this location is great.
Only negative experience was the parking– it’s tough to find parking close by!

This location is by far the worst ever. Every now and then on my way to work I think about stopping in here but then decide not to. The service here is extremely slow. I stood in line one day for 10 min to get my order taken. There was nobody in like in front of me but unfortunately the young lady who was working the register also had to go make drinks or food for whoever had ordered before me. They should be better staffed so that the service is a little better and efficient. I find myself just going to the location in sawgrass where the line could be long but I’m in and out in 5 min.

The food is good, management seems hands on, but please WIPE DOWN THE TABLES and check that the silverware is clean. Those are my only complaints though.

Well I this is the last time I would eat panera bread. With their menu changing and now the customer service received from this location I think I’ll be scratching Panera out the list.
Came to have lunch here while on my lunch break and ordered over the phone with Scott. When I arrived guess what the order was not ready.
So here I start with waiting when I should be eating on my 40 min lunch break.
Well finally after waiting about almost ten minutes my sandwich came out and I of course proceeded to eat it. When I took a bite of the sandwich I noticed there was a hair in my sandwhich now with only 15 minutes left on my break. I’m already disappointed and I go back to the employee with my bit sandwhich and tell him there’s a hair in my food. He actually asked if I wanted him to Remake it, um what do you think.
So now I’m waiting for him to remake my sandwhich when I noticed he’s using the same bread that I bit into! Like really!
Now I go get the manager he agrees to have him remake my sandwhich and give me my money back.
Before giving me my money back manager asked the employee if he was using the same bread he clearly told them no well HE LIED!
By this time I didn’t check my sandwhich before leaving since I was already late for work. But when I got to work it was the same sandwich I bit into.
What kind of company does that! They need to train their employees properly on customer satisfaction and not lying to their boss in front of a paying customer!

Most panera I’d give 3 stars but the service and quality care at this branch is top notch. They are very friendly and go above and beyond to help.
The kale salad, Cesar, is my favorite thing on the menu… Fresh flavorful, and definitely not and overuse dressing found in a grocery Isle. The bakery always has fresh goods, there breakfasts are The real reason I go here. Such variety and healthy selections.
I did not like the poppyseed salad, not enough dressing the lettuce is very bland and sometimes soggy and the fruitis not up to par… Everything else is great

Today’s cinnamon crunch bagel with cream cheese and coffee was delicious! Exactly what I wanted. Certainly not healthy, but so yummy. I love that Panera posts the calorie count of every item right on the menu board, so you can make a more informed choice.
The staff was very efficient and super friendly. The restaurant was clean and picked up, despite it being a crowded Saturday morning. I sat out on the shaded patio and enjoyed a nice breeze.
I’m thrilled this Panera opened in Plantation and will be back.

The service was so polite and absolutely amazing. From the cashier to the gentleman who brought out my food and then later recollected my trays, I have never been this impressed with service before.

Panera bread is Panera bread what can I say.
The food at Panera is the same everywhere, I would like to review this particular location, this location is nice, they have a large indoor seating area and a nice outdoor seating area as well.
I particularly enjoy that they bring your order to your table, for being a fast food joint, but then again all Panera Bread locations offer this service. Panera Bread is real food fast, let me clarify that.
They offer you any 1 dessert for $ 1 with a purchase of a meal and drink, which is good because their desserts are good, but I get the feeling that they are just offering this deal just to get rid of them before the night is over, nevertheless their desserts are good and freshly baked daily.
I enjoy their soups especially their creamy tomato, I also enjoy their iced green tea.
I love their «choose any 2» deal from the menu. Soup & a Sandwich, you an go wrong with that.
Nice location.

Really clean, and great outside seating area, which is in the shade under a big tree. the décor chairs are very comfortable!

Cons
Some confusion with menu selections from the paper to the board and other Panera locations. Menu states most pastas ARE part of the pick 2 but board only includes the Mac and Cheese. A shame really because the Chicken Tortellini Alfredo with a half Fontina Grilled Cheese is AMAZING. not healthy by all means but great.
Will be back for sure

Panera is a welcome addition in Plantation and they’re doing it right with cool promos during opening week. Today, they were offering a $ 10 gift card if you ordered off their pick 2 menu. You could have soup, half sandwich, half mac n cheese. So many combinations, it was tough to decide. I opted for broccoli cheese soup and mac n cheese. My friend got turkey chili and half a sandwich. Both served with a fresh piece of bread that was delicious for dipping in my mac n cheese sauce and soup. My friend gobbled up his chili and sandwich by the time I realized I forgot to capture pictures of our meal :-(We both got our gift cards and by the time we left, the line was about 25 – 30 people deep out the door! There’s something to be said for arriving early to beat the lunch rush.
Cool bonus note: my former boss from an Italian restaurant I worked at in high school is the corporate trainer for Panera and I got to see her! I worked with her 20 years ago and she’s still amazing!

Opening day! Great service! I ordered half of the Thai chicken salad and a cup of chicken soup, both delicious! They gave me a $ 10 gift card! Wow. The place is beautiful. Breakfast is also good, I was here in the morning and I ordered a bagel, coffee, and a sandwich to go. I got another gift card, a travel coffee mug and free coffee for 2 weeks! Panera u got a loyal customer here!
