Amazing! Selection is pretty diverse. The butter beer donuts are my favorite

This place is adorable! They have a NY vibe to them and the staff was super friendly. The buffalo cauliflower empanada was so tasty and came with a ranch like sauce. So excited this place opened up and can’t wait to try some donuts next time!

Parlour Vegan is godsent! I’m absolutely in love with this place! Everything I’ve tried has always been amazing! They have a great gluten free selection! I especially love their Hazel Nut crunch and the Black Forest mini gluten free cupcakes! I also ordered a Vital Nutrients tea by Blended teas, it was refreshing!

My boyfriend is definitely far from vegan and he loved the food, both the desserts and the Buffalo chickpea salad. It’s better than the other gourmet donut shops around town.

Such a hidden gem! Hidden in the corner of a plaza off of University and 595 this vegan bakery is a pleasant surprise. They have an assortment of cupcakes, pastries, and empanadas. I enjoyed the corn, black bean, and quinoa empanada but I thought the buffalo empanada was too spicy for my taste. One thing is — the prices are pretty expensive. $ 3.75 for an empanada! Overall the quality and look of the bakery is great. I’ll forsure be returning!

First off this place doesn’t open till 10 am?! Wtf?! What kinda of coffee/bakery opens at lunch time? Seriously?! No one wants coffee at lunch time! Second it’s like impossible to find! After my wife and I followed google maps exactly we ended up at a McDonalds, by that time we were so over it after driving in circles looking for the place! I won’t waste my time trying to go here again. :(

I had the blonde which was amazing, the spinach and cheese empanada was was outstanding, and the guava pastelito. I did not enjoy the pastelito as much as I would have liked. It was to sweet and to much filling.

So am not a vegan anymore, but I heard about this place and the pics look so good I had to try it. I was super amazed like really, they taste amazingly good. I mean they taste so good you would never even think they are vegan. I ordered the vanilla donut which was crazy good. The chocolate chip stuffed cookie, wow! My fave! Love it! The décor of the place I love it’s pretty industrial. It doesn’t have any seating so it’s like a place to just order or pick up and go. It’s very cute and cozy. There soy latte Yumm! Not only is it super good, but they also make the pretty design on it. The taste is smooth and just perfect. Overalls I have to give it 5 is this really vegan yummy stars.

Best gourmet cake donut that I’ve ever had, and the first donut that I think has been worth $ 4. Incredibly moist, delicious flavor(Butterbeer) and definitely large. FYI for any other non-vegan visitors, all coffee milk options are non-dairy.

I looove this bakery. It’s hidden quite well in a plaza on university north of 595 in the McDonalds and Tijuana flats plaza. It’s a small bakery with inventive pastries. I believe they are well known for the cupcakes and donuts but they also serve empanadas and other vegans snacks such as salads and vegan eggs? I am not a vegan but I do enjoy their treats! I do have to admit the cupcakes are not as good as my favorite cupcakes(at Mustard seed) BUT they come pretty damn close. I’ve had the crème brûlée cupcake as well as the strawberry cupcake which is just to die for! The strawberry cupcake is not overly sweet and it comes filled with strawberry purée and has a little pump filled with light strawberry crème. If you’re looking for a savory snack, the pizza roll is amazing! Super moist and flavorful. It’s served with a pesto sauce that’s just out of this world. I’ve also had the vegan chorizo empanada that was just ok. If your in the area and want a test you gotta come by !

We almost passed by it… but thank God we didn’t go fully passed it because the eats were simply MARVELOUS!!! The cinnamon buns, empanadas and rolls were super tasty and little pieces of heaven on earth. It was definitely worth the trip from Palm Beach County… I will make sure to make a trip here everytime im in south Florida.

Decided to go for a little drive one day and stopped by Parlour for some treats. It was amazing! Such a cute little shop with a ton of flavor options for cupcakes and donuts and the like(all vegan). My only wish is that there was somewhere to sit and hang out inside, but there are some benches nearby so it’s not a problem at all. Definitely worth the 30 minute drive out for me

Blown away. I am beyond impressed by the pastries here. Remember Road House Grill and those amazing yeasty rolls. Imaging that, but with a crunchy crust outside. Then imagine it’s rolled like a cinnamon bun… now take that same shape, except add pizza fixings(crazy delicious pizza roll). I have not had patisseries this delicious since going vegan. The gluten free savory pocket I tried had scallion and cheddar with a crispy polenta/corn crust. Also available in a sweet with guava cheese. We also tried all 4 varieties of empenadas. This is a small shop with a tremendous variety of goods. Salads, fresh espresso and espresso drinks, savories and sweets. Sincerest compliments to the chef/baker. I have been permanently ruined for vegan baked goods. Everything now has to meet this delicious standard. The only derogatory statement I could make is that the location does not afford a place to sit and enjoy your fresh, delicious purchases. Because with such a nice staff and a huge variety of yummy items, it’s the kind of place you’d like to take your time to try more than one thing.

I finally was able to stop by this place after so many wonderful recommendations! After recently turning vegan I was having trouble finding out where I can quench my sweet tooth at. This place is tucked in the corner of the plaza North of 595 and university. Its a very tiny little café with adorable plant decorations and a chalk mural with qoutes. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the very friendly staff who then told us about some of their favorite pastries and recommendations. I went with crème brûlée cupcake. Yummyyy soooo good! The cupcake was so sweet yet light. In the middle it had a creamy filling to my surprise but was the best part! I also had a soy cortado which washed down the cupcake pretty nicely. Side note: they also have a fridge where you can pick up some to go lunch. The options looked pretty good with a lot of meatless protein packed meals. I will definitely be back!

Omg this place is like a cute gift box. A cute gift box filled with sandwiches, cakes, donuts, cookies, drinks and it’s all good for you. But who cares about that — it also tastes great. Felt like I was on some strange scavenger show trying to hunt this place down before they closed for the day. I call up and the kindest voice leads me to the plaza. When you see the store front walking up it’s like the first time you jump on a flag pole in Mario Brothers. YOUWINYOUWINYOUWIN Blondie– OHHHYESSS Cake Doughnut with sprinkles — Oh yeah baby, oh yeah Peanut Chocolate Doughnut — YASSSS it came to slay. Super rich, deliciously moist, there aren’t enough adjectives to express it’s awesomeness. If anyone does anything real good for you — take them here — not Red Lobster. Like serious! Watching a first timer try to ONLY pic one item is hilarious. Besides the fresh baked daily items they also ave plenty of vegan friendly snacks and chips. Great people behind the counter and even better inventory.

Parlour Vegan Bakery is a cute little vegan bakery with modern unique flare. + located in a strip mall. + parking is no problem. + the girls who work here are super! Very outgoing and friendly! The first problem I have with this place is their prices are outrageous, some of their items are more than double Wholepaycheck prices! $ 3.95 for a classic gluten free donut? $ 2.50 for a small cookie? Are you kidding me, so because you take the gluten out of wheat, that some how justify’s charging $ 3.95 for a donut? Their baked items look deceiving good? But when they hit your mouth its a completely different story. Fortunately for me I have a «gluten-free» intolerance, meaning anything gluten-free give’s me an strong negative reaction. Typically I chock and gag the minute my tongue touches anything gluten-free. So when I first came to Parlour Vegan Bakery, I had to have them identify everything which was gluten-free which is about 50% of their products. 1st Try — I came here around the time when they first opened. I didn’t really know what to try, so to keep it simple I tried one of their cinnamon rolls. Talk about making a first wrong impression, after one bite I felt like I developed instant diabetes. This thing was way to sweet, I wondered it if had any flour in it at all or if it was just pure sugar. 2nd try — So many months later, I’m reading reviews about how great their black bean empanadas are. In my mind I believe everyone deserves a second chance, but not a third. So I decided to go back and try their black bean empanada and I also picked up a broccoli empanada. Both empanadas came with a side of green sauce. The Black bean empanada was kind of bland, yet edible. It was nothing special so I don’t understand all the rant and rave over it. The broccoli based empanada tasted like nutrition deficient soil, it was dry and disgusting. After one bite I spat it out and threw the rest in the garbage. Well this is another vegan adventure that didn’t end well. P. S — just because a place advertises itself as vegan, doesn’t mean it equates to being organic or GMO– free.

Best vegan bakery ever! You get what you pay for, the cupcakes are amazing, the donuts sublime and the pop tarts? Oh-my-goodness! My favourite were the pop tarts but we tried almost one of everything. We just couldn’t decide what to get. Also save a little frustration and call ahead of you wont be there early in the day because they do sell out sometimes. They also have Coca Cola imported from Mexico where they only use real cane sugar and some cold brew coffees and other cool drinks! Save a little cash and by the day old cupcakes they still taste amazing.

So I definitely should have come earlier because by the time I got there around 6:30 they were pretty much out of everything minus like one cookie and a few cupcakes. Anyway, so I bought the cookie. It was a lemon macadamia cookie and honestly it was like the most perfect amount of lemon. Sometimes there isn’t enough or there’s too much but this was perfect. Then I got the guava, passion fruit, and I don’t remember the other two.(I didn’t eat all of these cause, the gym would’ve been real for me the next day but…) I had a bite or two of all of them and I shared them with my cousin but these are all ammazingg. Now the only thing I will say is that they’re definitely on the pricey side considering the size of everything but it makes sense considering the plaza they’re in is on the pricy side. Even the nail place next door is crazy priced. The décor is super cute! For such a small space they did an adorable job with it. I’ll go another time and write up a better review with pictures! I do hope to try the empanadas.

2÷28÷16 — Came here after seeing Alexandra M’s updated review. The place is the cutest shop in town. They did a great job with the décor in the tiniest of places. This is more of a to-go place since they have no seating. You can eat on the ledge standing up and that’s about it. The desserts and yummy goodies are displayed so beautifully, you just want to order everything. We did however order the Beer Donut, Sea Salt Caramel Donut, Cinnamon Bun, Kale Empanada, and one Latte, one Americano. Plus they have 50% off one day old baked goods so we grabbed a few of the filled cookies that are already packaged. The price for all was about $ 30. We took everything to do. The Sea Salt Caramel donut was a bit stale. The Beer Donut frosting was super sweet. The best was the Cinnamon Bun. Seemed the freshest of the three. The kale empanada was a bit dry but it did come with a green spicy sauce that was delicious!!! I will definitely be back for the cupcakes and the pizza rolls!!!

I believe everyone deserves a second chance, especially those that serve up sweet treats w/o the animal products :) My friend from out of town was deciding on some vegan place(s) she wanted to try out. She brought up Parlour. And yes, I did warn her of my experience. But she believes in second chances too. I opted for the classic carrot cake cupcake, salted caramel and peanut butter mini donut, and a Iced Americano coffee. My friend ordered, if I’m not mistaken, the red velvet donut. And another donut that I think is called birthday cake. So basically we both tried things that weren’t any of what I’ve had in my first visit. I loved my carrot cake! Absolutely delicious, not too sweet, frosting and cake were light and super satisfying. My mini donut was just heavenly, the peanut butter wasn’t too overpowering, they got that salted caramel just right, and the donut itself was light. My coffee was strong, so I put liquid stevia in it, but I put too much so I wasn’t really able to enjoy it. My friend really enjoyed her donuts! I do believe the prices are a bit high, in which why I didn’t give that extra star on this visit.
